Blended Interiors

Blended Interiors was a dream to work with. We would describe exactly what we and Donna turned our vision into real life. We gave Donna our budget and she worked within it, offering suggestions from her experience along the way. She answered any of our questions promptly by email or a quick phone call. We are so happy we chose Blended Interiors for our new build!

We had such a wonderful experience with the Blended Interiors team. They had creative and exciting recommendations but also allowed us to use our own preferences and styles at the same time. Courtney and Donna were excellent to work with. They took our Pinterest dreams and turned them into reality. We had a few back and forths on ideas and drawings but arrived very quickly on what our dream kitchen and bathrooms looked like in our new house. They worked within our budget to get us what we wanted. Magic makers! Highly recommended!

Firstly, we would like to thank Courtney and Donna of Blended Interiors for the great experience we had working with them.They handled our indecisiveness over the kitchen design very well to eventually produce a kitchen that absolutely works for us, and we just love the result. The kitchen backsplash choice for us was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We were back and forth many times trying to choose between tile designs. Given that Covid 19 had just set in we ended up making our final decision from products laid out in the parking lot of Blended Interiors. We couldn’t be happier with the backsplash we picked!They didn’t just assist us with the Kitchen design but continued throughout the open concept to create a beautiful wall with the fireplace as the focal point. The dark classic beams in the eleven-foot ceiling of the living room and dining area gave us an open concept that has the expansive feel we were looking for.One of our favourite outcomes was painting the ceiling Benjamin Moore’s “Marilyn’s Dress”, a very light off blue, in the living room and dinning room between the magnificent beams.How many people can say the love their laundry room? Our custom cabinets in the laundry room are the same colour as the kitchen island which added a nice flow of colour from one room to the other.The design of our walk-in closet connected to the very large primary bedroom works very well, giving us plenty of room for hanging space, open shelving for shoes, lots of pull-out drawers for clothing and ample space for changing.We just love the three bathrooms with different designs that flow very well from connecting areas. The beautiful bathroom cabinets were outsourced from different suppliers. Courtney and Donna helped us pick the right finishes for each cabinet to work with the tile and colours we picked for the bathrooms.Most importantly Courtney and Donna worked very well with our project manager Nathan Ward of Alair Homes to create the custom design we were looking for throughout the main level and fully finished basement.

We had never before utilized the services of an interior designer. We knew we needed help with this project and we were referred to Blended Interiors by a neighbour architect. The ladies were amazing in their communication, listening to our needs, and guiding us through the whole process. The renditions we were presented with blew us away and every little detail was covered! Covid and shut down never stopped our work as together, by zoom and finally in person again, we put together the dream space we needed and wanted! Our 1970’s bungalow with walls every where you turned, became an open, sunshine filled, glorious space for us! Every piece is “us” ; from the wood beams, kitchen cupboards, lighting, wall colours! I spin around and cannot believe this is ours! The renditions came alive and we are so extremely happy with the results that Blended Interiors created for us. A dream we watched become a reality! You are always welcome in our home and I cannot wait for the next project to be identified so you can help us bring it to life!If you’ve never worked with a designer - do it! What a pleasure it was to work together with the ladies at Blended Interiors. We had just purchased our town home and were excited to design our space. Donna was instrumental in capturing our design aesthetics and turning it into reality. She also helped to design a custom bookcase and stereo cabinet that complemented our design. She heard what we wanted and was able to ensure that it worked functionally, symmetrically, on budget and with the feel that we were going for.In addition, we were able to bring all our floor and tile options into their showroom and together with our cabinet selection, we could make all the countertop and hardware selections for all our spaces. They even did a colour consult to choose our paint colour.All in all, a superior service and a great experience.

We were very pleased with the work Donna, Leah and Courtney did for us in relation to our kitchen update/partial renovation. I don't believe we could have completed the project without their input and help.Donna assumed the role of project manager liaising with Brubacher's Cabinets and kept everything moving forward - challenging in the middle of a pandemic! She and her team sourced and ordered all that we needed for the renovation.I was amazed at how responsive Donna was to my questions, ideas, concerns and timelines. She got back to me quickly with the information I needed. I felt like I was her only client!AND I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen.

Donna Hall was our representative at Brubacher Cabinetry and helped us design a new kitchen and two bathrooms at our condo. This included choosing our counter tops, paint colours and cabinet design.Donna was a fountain of ideas and a delight to work with. She was always prompted to respond to our calls and we met with her numerous times until the project was completeWe are delighted with the finished product and have recommended her to others who are considering renovations.

We met Leah and Donna when we wanted to replace our kitchen cabinets. Their guidance through the process was invaluable. This renovation would have been very stressful without it. It was not just taking out cabinets and having new ones installed. In our case we had to remove drywall, move wiring, disconnect plumbing - all kinds of disruption. Leah and Donna patiently explained every step, and were quick to respond to questions. Our new cabinets are beautiful! Thank you Leah and Donna! - Melanie McMullin
