A bright, spacious area with information on not just Medicine Hat but also Central Alberta and parts of Saskatchewan.The staff member we talked with was cheerful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable in a wide variety of topics.Outside there is a dog run, a place to dump and refill trailer water, a playground for children, and walking trails.

Excellent place to stop for info, a break from driving, clean washroom, playground for kids, picnic tables and a fenced dog run complete with biodegradable doggie do bags and garbage can just outside the run. We always stop here! Highly recommend!!!

Great group of staff members who care about the community and share there passion and experience with new comers and visitors alike. If you are lost, need directions or just need a break, pop in and check out the souvenirs and let the kids hit the break area they have.There is even sewer disposal and potable rv water refill stations. You can let the pup run in the dog run area and enjoy a quick break!

Medicine Hat Tourism office also serving as a rest area. Plenty of space to park car and RV, nice bathroom, dumping station and they even have a small enclosure for the dog to do theirs needs and stretch theirs paw. Office staff is very friendly.

Drove through on my way across country (BC to NS) and had a lovely quick chat with a lady at the desk. I sadly didn’t get her name but I know she’s from the Annapolis valley in NS!!!! Super friendly and wonderful experience. They had lots of little goodies to be purchased and I got several stickers and a post card to commemorate my visit there ☺️☺️
