I have used RAM for purchase and repairs. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant, including for a recent problem with an appliance I had bought elsewhere.

Unfortunately my dishwasher ended up being beyond repair, but I did greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty from the staff. The staff also helped me look into an ad for a used dishwasher I found online by researching the facts and advising me of the potential issues with it. If I need appliance servicing in the future I would definitely consider RAM again.

My dishwasher broke down so I took it here to get fixed. Now it works. Great professional people. Was very happy with the service and price! Also converted a natural gas stove to propane. No one hat the conversation parts but they had it in stock!

Wonderful locally owned establishment. Fantastic service from both Charlie and his delivery counterparts. Pleasant , professional, and courteous. I will continue to support them. Currently box stores have a three or four month wait for appliances. We had service next day after gas technician was lined up.

I am so disappointed. Six months ago I purchased a dual fuel range from RAM. I went with their recommendations and was more than happy with the product and delighted with the service. So, when my dishwasher died last week, RAM was my first call. They had a GE that would meet my needs so agreed, provided credit card # and waited for the installer's call this week.First, the installer was finicky. Didn't want to do it this way or that way and every option I suggested met with humming and hawing. Finally, at call #3 we agreed on a solution for calling in a plumber and he said something strange - and it turns out I had already paid for a brand new dishwasher but what I was actually getting was a floor model.When questioned, the salesman was grumpy, unapologetic and made zero attempt to address my concern. No offer to order a new one, nothing. My understanding is businesses must tell you if they are selling you an open box or floor model. These people said nothing until called on it, which killed all trust I ever had in the integrity of this organization. It was the strangest and most frustrating experience. Cancelled the order. I don't know if the company is going out of business or if they have so many customers they just don't care but wow! Wouldn't recommend these folks now for anything. Attitude seems to be one of complete indifference to customer service - sort of like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you.In the end, I went to Coast Appliances and got a high end Bosch for around the same price as the GE, so I'm wondering if I was being overcharged as well. Its so sad - thought I had found a trustworthy small business who I could call for any appliance replacement, but apparently not.

Great service! We suddenly found ourselves needing a new washing machine, and having good service previously, decided to start with RAM. Bought a washer, picked it up and installed it, but there was a problem. Called RAM the next morning, they sent someone out right away. Turns out it was a manufacturer defect, but they took care of everything and we had a new working washer within 25 hours of letting them know that there was a problem. The salesman was patient with our questions, and the service guys that came out to the house were friendly and gave me extra tips about the new machine. Problems can happen to anyone, but how they handled the situation was great. Would recommend.

Washing machine purchased here today. Good price, Excellent customer service, quick and very helpful. Will be coming back again

I bought a dryer belt from these RAM a few months ago. They quickly identified the part number and had it all ready to go for pick up!

Sam helped me out over the phone to diagnose my issue with my GE washer and got the part ordered for me in a timely fashion from Vancouver. Appreciated the service without the need for a service call or extra expense!
