I had a huge issue with my computer and could not even turn it on. After attempting many times I called Bernardo. Even over the phone he offered me numerous suggestions and ideas so I could do it myself to which I could not. I was so impressed with his kindness and work ethic that I took the laptop into him. Since the first moment he thoroughly explained the issues that may be at hand and what was needed to proceed. All of his work was done with professionalism and he went above and beyond with his work and service. I will be using him again and am very happy with the results. Thank you Bernardo.

This guy is amazing. He successfully recovered my precious 500 gig data from my 7-yr old broken laptop. Not only that. He surprised me when he said he can repair and bring back my laptop to life, and he did! I'm certain the amount of time he spent is way more than what I paid for his service. This is simply the type of guy that needs our community support.

Brought my basic desktop in as BIOS update was turned off. Was told first I need a new computer ! Then was told drive is ok, then was told I need to buy another computer and and solid state drive on top of that !Extremely poor customer service, even worst communication service. When a customer asks what is wrong and you simply say need new computer" I new there was a problem. Contacted Paul Diamond from No Problem Networks

I went to Bernardo with 3 tasks. 1, Replace a dead fan at the front of my case with a new fan I just purchased. 2, replace my overheated graphics card with a new Strix 1070. 3, Install a expansion slot exhaust fan right above my Power-Supply. Bernardo managed to botch all 3.1, The new fan I purchased had a rubber bracket making it to large to fit behind my Storage-Drive mount near the front. Instead of notifying me, so I may exchange the fan for one that fits (no bracket); Bernardo removed my 2 brightly light fans ( with the same big rubber brackets) from the top of the case, and re-placed them with the new fan. He left one of the original fans from the top out, and jammed the other in-front. Two rubber brackets from the fan are bending off, and he bent my Storage-Drive mount.2, The new GPU is rather heavy. Brenardo left the; Motherboard PCI-E lock open, Three screws supporting it so loose I could undo them with 2 fingers, Plastic please remove before use" film on the card. I was lucky it didn't bend or otherwise get damaged.3

I called Bernardo at Teknician for the first time the other day to assist me after several attempts at setting up my HP printer. Gratefully he was able to schedule me the next day and successfully set up my printer. While I am very pleased to be up and running, I have some concerns with respect to his knowledge base and business practice:1. When Bernardo asked how I intended to pay, I said credit card expecting he would have some kind of payment device. Instead, he asked to take a photo of the front and back of my credit card. **Alert, who asks to take a photo of your credit card?** I politely declined and said I would send an e transfer (at this point an invoice was not left with me).2. As agreed, Bernardo texted me the amount later in the day the amount of $177. 19. I have two issues with this:a) When I questioned the amount, I was told that the price also included his parking which was not disclosed when I called for a quote.b) When I asked for an invoice, it was not clear how much he had charged me for parking but was billed for 2.25 hours.**Usual business practice when giving a quote is to disclose what the client is paying for and to provide an invoice that details what the client is being charged for.3. While the printer is a pain to set up, Bernardo's knowledge of the HP process was lacking (he had told me that he was used to printers with onscreen instructions, mine did not have this). One hour had already passed at $75 an hour before he listed to me and went to the HP website to deal with the driver info required for set up. It also seems strange to me that doing a factory re-set wasn't one of the first things he thought about when trouble shooting as this came well after he had been working for over an hour and a half.In sum, Bernardo was a very nice man and he indeed did get my printer up and running. For this I am very appreciative. It did appear however that his expertise was PC and lacked knowledge on HP non display printers and how to set them up with mac. I also question why he didn't leave a written invoice with me or send an invoice detailing work and *cough* parking without having to request a second detailed invoice that outlines how much I was being charged for parking.Amendment: I just received and paid last invoice that for $157.50 (2.0 hours at $75.00 per hour plus GST) after communicating I would like invoice that details all work and parking.

I had a great experience with Teknician Solutions. I was experiencing a big problem with my desktop and printer that I needed fixed right away for a project, and Bernardo solved it quickly and efficiently. I'd use them again anytime! He was great to work with and was even able to do the work remotely, which saved me a lot of time.
