KFC

They are nice and clean inspire of being an older establishment. We have always had great service and the chicken is the best chicken I have ever had from KFC! An easy 5 stars from us!

As i was standing in line, i observed a young person waiting on customers ahead of me. The way the senior staff treated, and talked to this young lady was totally deplorable. Not much wonder they can't keep help. If they were training her, do it with professionalism.

Waited over 40 minutes for our order. Staff told us 20 minutes which we thought was steep. Many people leaving without food. Absolutely terrible service.

Been going to this location for awhile and been noticing that it is going downhill . Always get the same cashier and she wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped her in the face she never smiles very rude and never says a nice word I was in today January 31 to get the Big Crunch special for two dollars ask her if we could get it she abruptly said know if was over at four o’clock it wasn’t four o’clock even the staff working in the back said it wasn’t four but she still wouldn’t give deal the radio came on a few minutes later saying it was four o’clock . Never needed up getting anything because of her rude service maybe she needs to lose the attitude if she represents your customer service your in trouble . I’ve been reading your reviews the all day the same and yes the restaurant is dirty and your never know when it is open because they shut lights off in dining area and close before the time on window . There was a girl one night that was working by herself that did an excellent job the pop machine was overflowing and she just keep working and she just did her job and did it well and she was very pleasant job well done . You really need to do something about the lady that works cash cause I will not be going back there when she is working which is a same cause I do like your chicken . The building really needs some work and the staff anybody that is older or disabled would not get through your doors either there are not easy to open . I really hope that you do something about this situation . Thank you hoping to hear back from someone .

Disorganized and unprofessional. Customers in line waiting to order while staff stayed in the back the entire time filling online orders. Had to ask if I should order my good online for pickup or if they would take my order in the store. They also ran out fries... And then forced patrons to still make combos and take salads instead. Couldn't buy a la carte... strange. And what kind of fast food place runs out of fries. Poor management! Employees were arguing in the back and talking about customers who were in the front like we couldn't hear them. Only giving two stars because at the end of the day my spicy big crunch still tasted like it should.

Every once in a while I get a craving for fried chicken but I do not recommend this place. Chicken was best described as spongy. It should be crispy. If you like good fried chicken go to Anna Mae's in Millbank

Place was very messy pop leaking all over the floor in at least 3 buckets overflowing onto the floor. The manager was training a worker but she keep saying tell them we did good. I normally would give a good review but she keeps going on the she was not the problem. You decide I have my vertic .

Food was good getting a bit more expensive like everywhere. The new person on the till was very nice and helpful. The seating area needs an upgrade. The seats and tables are uncomfortable, and the dusty rose and teal are so old looking.

Was not happy! Went in for 2 can dine for $10" deal

It's a coin flip if you're going to get either good food or uncooked chicken. When it's good, it's really good! When it's bad, have fun feeling horrible for a bit.
