Roc & Ride

I went to this bike shop because I was biking on the nearby bike path, and noticed my front brake was not aligned properly with the rim. They told me that my front fork was misaligned, and that I'd have to replace the fork ($$$) in order for the brakes to be aligned perfectly. They ended up just fixing the front brake as best as they could, and I continued on my ride. The next day, another bike shop told me that it wasn't worthwhile to replace the fork, and they managed to fix my front brake perfectly. Strange how this shop said I HAD to replace the fork. On the plus side, this shop was able to serve me immediately on an extremely busy day, quickly fixed my front brake enough for my ride, and only charged me $10.

I’m a business owner and rarely leave a negative review but this place charges an extra 1/2 day for a rental ski boot picked up at close (5pm) when intent is to use the next day.I’ve worked and lived in the ski industry my entire life from Utah to Chamonix and never heard of a shop that has a policy so out of touch with industry standards or their customers. Skip this place unless you want to overpay and get treated like a number not a person while getting laughed at on the way out.

Friendly, helpful, professional and quick service at a fair price. The bikes worked perfectly and were perfectly suited to our trail ride!

Paid $120 to have my tire replaced, mechanic said the tube was fine (didn’t actually check). 15 minutes later my tube is completely empty and I had to walk 2 hours to pay a mechanic in the next town to fix the problem. Thanks for an expensive and frustrating day.

Very very bad service, and customer service, I ask the bike tech for a part for a chain pin, they say they don’t make them anymore, he wanted to sell in a linkage. I went to atmosphere saint-sauveur, and they had the pin for the chain, very good service, and they know want they are doing at the bike service and tech. Don’t good to roc & ride bad service .

These guys are real professionals, great high quality brands, exceptional knowledge. Better than any bike shop in montreal. Make the trip out here to be treated well and leave with a impeccable bike.

I find Roc n Ride to be both a great bike shop and cross country/telemark/backcountry ski shop. The employees take the time to explain things, know their products very well, and my ski and bike repairs have been reasonably priced and effective.
