This is a place we frequently go to. Usually pretty decent service and food. But the last couple times we had to wait for our fries that should have come with our meal. This time was the very Worst attitude from server and management. We ordered appetizers to come before our meal, expected to be hot. It came out with our dinner. Nothing fancy but it was cold and my fries didn't come out. Waitress said I didn't order them, um yes I did. My husband's chicken parm was cold too the cheese didn't even look melted. The acting manager said we don't have to come back. I said we come here all the time she says so do I " duh you work here. I guess they don't need any customers.We WILL NOT be back."

Used to be a favorite to eat in or take away, but not sure we will be returning. The family agreed, the meals were less than satisfactory this time.

I enjoyed my time here ! We stopped by on a bike tour and it turned into our last stop due to the karaoke, pool tables and pub atmosphere. Pictured is the share platter we got. It was enough to feed all of us

Attended a luncheon after a funeral..had fried chicken penne with meat sauce, salad & rolls..food was exceptional.

My wife and I just finished our lunch at Biggs and unfortunately the food and service was very poor. We shared an appetizer platter and some soup and although the soup was good, the rest was very bad. The nachos were simply plain, cheap tortilla chips covered in a small handful of melted cheese void of any peppers, onions, tomatoes or seasoning of any kind. The antojitos were cold and flavorless as were the mozzarella sticks. The onion rings tasted of nothing but old grease and although the wings were decent, they were very small. The coffee came in a dirty cup and was weak. The waitress barely made eye contact let alone smiled or asked how we were. Halfway through my meal she walked past our table and grabbed my empty water glass and walked away without stopping. I watched her take my glass to multiple tables then out of view to the bar area. The whole time touching my straw and top of the glass. I had no idea if she was bringing me more water as I hadn't asked for it (but I would of if she had stopped for a second and asked how everything was). She eventually returned with the same glass but I wasn't about to drink out of that straw again. The waitress returned shortly after, without asking if we were done (we still had a lot of food even though we weren't planning on eating it) and simply asked need the machine?" We paid
