I was new to Milton and was looking for a new mechanic and found this shop with so many positive reviews. The owner is such a pleasant and friendly person. The most honest mechanic I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic ( all the other mechanics too). I would definitely trust this shop to do any type of work on my vehicle and would not worry about anything. From my most recent visit, thank you for checking out the light/error on my vehicle without charging. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a honest and good mechanic.

I took my vehicle in, not sure what the problem was. I described my experience and Rod went to check it. It turned out there was no mechanical problem, but I needed to change my gas top-up habit. The front desk lady is so accommodating and is almost a mechanic herself. She knows some stuff.Rod didn't take advantage of me based on the make of the vehicle to run a phony diagnosis and then discover" the problem. He is friendly

If you are in Hamilton county, especially Milton, please stop reading through other auto shops reviews, you have landed at the right place.I recently came to Blackburn for a trailer hitch install, not only they were the most reasonably priced amongst 4-5 other auto shops I called around, the entire experience from an initial assessment to the final delivery (after the install), was splendid! (Rod charged me for an hour as he ball parked in the initial assessment, even though it might have taken a little longer.)Rod & his team are exceptional mechanics/technicians and more importantly, even better human beings. They have won me as a customer for everything car related now, including the routine maintenance. No more going to the dealership for that inexplicably expensive oil change, tire rotation & everything else.You'll be delighted after your 1st visit. Go for it!

Its very hard to find trustworthy and honest mechanics but these lovely mechanics at blackburn are so honest and hardworking.  I called them 4:30pm and they told me that I could come in the following morning. They serviced my vehicle right away and they were very pleasant throughout the whole service. Fair pricing, great location, quick service and the workers were all friendly. This automotive shop is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The owner Rodney is a stand up guy. I have never felt oversold on any of the repairs and he is reasonably priced. Would recommend anyone in the Milton area to go here for high quality service.

I took my car to Blackburn Automotive because of the positive reviews and they definitely didn't disappoint. I took my car in for an engine diagnostic and the staff was so efficient in diagnosing the problems. Rod is extremely knowledgeable and provided very honest advice on next steps with my vehicle. It is very rare nowadays to get personable and friendly service as well as knowledgeable advice, without all of the upsell. I will definitely be trusting Rod and his staff with servicing my vehicle moving forward.

Blackburn automotive is the best service I have had at a automotive place. They are friendly, honest and reliable. The service was also done quickly. The owner Rod went out of his way to find the part I needed, at a reasonable price. Phil, the automotive technician, took the time to test drive my car after work was completed to make I was happy with the work done. I would hands down give them 5 stars.
