We've had a number of occasions to call Matthew over the past 3 years or so--mostly for washer/dryer stuff, but also a fridge repair at one point--and he is great. He almost always answers the phone, and if he doesn't answer he will call you back within just a few minutes. He always shows up as scheduled, makes it clear how much you are going to have to spend, and works quickly to get the job done. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Matthew came back 3 times to fix my washer by no fault of his (needed to order parts and the diagnostic on the machine indicated it was something else). He was friendly, interesting to talk to, very experienced and even played with my dog while waiting for me (she loved him). He also went above and beyond to fix a small issue with my dryer too without charging extra labour. Hopefully he doesn't have to come back a 4th time but if I ever need any appliance fixed, I will definitely call him again.

Had a very positive experience with the repair technician. We had a problem with the dryer, but it turned out to be a minor issue due to a broken knob!!! Very smart (and honest) technician and he fixed it on the spot. If he wanted to, I'm sure he could have made up a big story and charged us for something that didn't need to be fixed. But, there is faith in humanity. Definitely glad we called these guys. Would highly recommend, and would use again. Also, communication from the company was great and I was able to book the appointment very quickly.

What a Nightmare! This was a simple 10 minute dryer repair requiring a very common $20 part that any Professional already carries with them. My dryer was WORKING when this started, the guy took it apart before even bringing in the parts, then when it was the wrong part, left my dryer in 7 pieces not working. I made repeated appointments to come back but he wouldn't show up, I called again & again & again only to hear the same old story, he's always on the way

Matthew is a pleasure to deal with. His appointment times are flexible and convenient. His rate seems very fair and reasonable. He is polite, patient and professional. He repaired a dishwasher in my rental unit and when the tenant said it still wasn't working he came back to check it and make sure it was in good working order.

Matt came to fix my fridge. He was quick to diagnose and make a solid repair. Very knowledgeable. He was efficient and fair; friendly and polite. Excellent job. This was much cheaper and more ecological than replacing the fridge. Parts and labour cost about $300, incl taxes, which is pretty standard i think.

Mathew was amazing. Service was top notch. I called early in the morning to get my dryer fixed and came same day to fix it. Home appliance Services is dependable. They have come to another property of mine and fixed the refrigerator and washer for my tenant. Quotes are reasonable for parts.Great pricing and great service all around.Thank you!

Matthew was responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and helped solve multiple issues with a faulty condo washing machine. He was quick to troubleshoot the issue and was able to get it fixed in one visit. He also was responsive and able to come the following day after contact. Highly recommend Matthew's services, and also recommend that you don't buy Whirlpool appliances.

Matt was amazing...He went all over the GTA looking for an obscure part for a commercial dryer and installed it without a hitch. Matt was very professional, responsive (by phone especially), clean and most importantly is an appliance Guru. He knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to repair anything.
