I could not believe how dirty the sample collection place was. Nobody seem to care when I said the place was dirty. For my return i did a test in a third world country and that was so clean.

This testing site is a fraud. Don't waste your money and time here.I did a travel test. Waited 24 hours. No response. Called the office and they pulled up the records and told me my results were indeterminate" (neither positive or negative). They said there was an issue with either the test sample (which they take) or the processing of the results in lab (which they do). I then told them my flight is tomorrow and I need either my money back or another quick test done. They refused and said I would have to pay again for the test.What I have a hard time trying to understand is

Booked a RT PCR test and received the results next day. All the staff and nurse patiently answered all possible questions! I was out in 10 mins. BEST VALUE FOR MONEY.

My husband went for a travel test at this location. Rt-pcr. They called us next day and informed him that his test result is indeterminate. However, the same lab has informed the public health department that my husband’s test is positive. On the day of our travel, Public health called us and asked to isolate and we had to change our trip because of this. We had to go on call with customer support for a full day, to change our tickets at the last minute. Ironically, we didn’t have any symptoms and we tested negative at home with our antigen test kit. The reason for our travel was an emergency back home and we had to postpone it for a week because of this lab’s irresponsible handling of our test results. Very unreliable. Worst thing is, no one answers on phone. If you have a question, you have to go to their location to get answers. It was such a pathetic service . I will never suggest this place to anyone. An update to my review, my husband tested (RT-PCR) again today 15 March, 2022 at a clinic advised by public health. And guess what, he is negative. All thanks to this lab, we had to change our plans and couldn’t attend to our emergency back home. I wish I could make it zero stars .

Horrible experience. Paid for a travel test via traveltest.ca and selected a time. No one called during my appointment, I've attempted to call/send emails to them with no response. Shady business practices. Take your money without providing the service you paid for. AVOID!!!

The place needs to be cleaned! It's actually got dust on the furniture. For a business that is conducting a medical' procedure it leaves one feeling unsure about the hygiene being practiced here."
