Excellent service !

Bought 7 led fixtures from this store. Up to date we have had to return 2 that were faulty within 5 / 6 months for repair. The first repair was not a problem as it worked well after the return was installed. Cost us an electrician to remove and install. Owner of this store advised that this was not warranted. Picked up second faulty unit this AM. Called electrician to install (same individual that removed and installed 1st. faulty unit and also removed the second faulty LED fixture. Found that 2 of the plastic glass were broken and the fixture could not be installed straight. Called the store and talked to owner, who again told me that the only warranty they offer is on the fixture itself and if there is a problem then we have to absorb the cost, even though that this is the second time for the same light. Told me to bring back the light and they would send it back and replace it with a new one???? Not very good service after $$$$$ spent at this place. Owner was quite rude!!!

Très bon service, par contre je cherchais des luminaires noir et on m'a vendu graphite! Je comprends que c'est un gris très foncé, mais j'ai demandé noir"! On ne m'a jamais mentionné qu'il n'y avait pas de remboursement
