Would leave 0 stars if I could!Tried to buy tripple mix soil at the online advertised price of 4 bags for $10. Only to be told that that was a online error!Cashier revealed that other customers today had been mislead by the same error. Supervisor refused to honour the price unless proof was shown. At 4:45 pm website had already been changed!!! Used to love Terra, but more and more not worth the effort or TIME ( that they are wasting)! Safe yourself the aggregation and go to Connons!

Terra Greenhouses is a wonderful plant nursery that offers a great variety of flowers and plants that are sure to satisfy any green thumb. The selection of flowers and plants is impressive and includes everything from perennials to annuals, shrubs, and trees. They also feature a range of patio furniture and gardening supplies that make it a one-stop-shop for all your gardening needs. The staff at this nursery is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always happy to answer questions and offer advice about taking care of plants.

Received a primula as a gift, it withered within 24 hours. Contacted Terra Burlington (point of purchase) and agreed to exchange. Got a new one at Terra in Hamilton, and again, the flower succumbed to frost bite within 24-28 hours. Despite efforts to save it and at one point, believing it was saved, it too, ended up succumbing to frost bite. It appears Terra likely uses unheated trucks to transport these flowers -- likely the reason they look lively and fresh in-store, only to wither and die once taken home. Albeit this potted flower retailed for $4.99, the principle of selling a potted flower doomed for irreparable damage caused by Terra's negligence, seems unethical.

Can't beat Terra for selection and price, that's for sure. Since every corner store seems to have a small greenhouse attached these days, Terra keeps pace with everything else besides the flora that you originally came for. All things backyard dressings" to look at and discover."

Good selection, well spaced out. Wish there was more description for what plants are in the big planters for clueless people like me. (For example I took a guess which planters were Full Sun vs Shade loving) Normally I would ask but all staff were busy at the time. The cashier was knowledgeable and let me know which kind I had. They have some pretty cute gifts inside the store too!

Be sure to order a minimum 1 week in advance of when you need items. It isn't posted anywhere on their website. Mother's Day was ruined because ordering 4 days ahead wasn't enough time for them to grab 1 thing off their shelves.

Beautiful greenhouse with a variety of plants, flowers, trees, and bushes. Has everything you need for outdoor or indoor gardening, landscaping materials, and planter combinations. Massive variety with reasonable prices. Some flowers and plants pricier than other stores but quality looks great. Greenhouse is smartly laid out with lots of room to either browse or push around carts. Some areas are covered while others uncovered. Check-out is quick and staff are efficient if you need help carrying things to your car (such as bags of soil). Highly recommended to check out the place.
