If you are reading this review and want to save yourself some time just stop and call Jeff at AJM.In all seriousness I am absolutely thrilled with Jeff's professionalism, attention to detail, the quality of products that he used when installing my new furnace (not just the furnace itself even the fittings he was using and especially the precision custom handcrafted ductwork with a higher quality and higher gauge sheetmetal than what it was replacing. I can literally feel the difference from the old ductwork to the new ductwork that Jeff installed) Jeff takes pride in his work and installs with a quality and workmanship like it’s in his own or a family members house. He even fixed/replaced a vent and a drain and they both weren’t even part of the scope of the furnace work he was there replacing!) Jeff was basically “well I’m here for the day anyway i might as well fix that while I’m here” Jeff is not the type that nickel and dimes you or tries to up sell you throughout the process. He truly wants his customers to be happy and satisfied. HVAC equipment is critical to your largest investment (your home) it’s not something you want to cheap out on or roll the dice on technicians that you don’t know or haven’t come highly recommended.So I’m telling you right now that I highly recommend Jeff! You won’t regret it!

We appreciated the quick professional service. Jeff explained all options when our central air system failed due to age. He took his time to looks things over and we did not feel pressured. The install of our new unit had some challenges but Jeff was very knowledgeable to make sure everything worked well. We will definitely call on AJM for a new furnace in the future. When you want it done right, you call Jeff. We have had to use Jeff a few times for both A/C and Heating and he is always prompt and honest. On top of that, he does great work. This week he was able to show up within a few hours of calling him because we arrived home after a vacation with our A/C not working. We decided to do a completely new unit which Jeff completed in a day and a half on his own. I feel good knowing that it was done right. Back to a comfortable house! Thanks for everything Jeff!

I hired AJM to perform the installation of a gas line to an electric generator. Jeff is a professional. His work is excellent and the service was outstanding. I will hire him again on any future need on any HVAC service.

Our AC quit on Thursday, we called Jeff from AJM, he was here in 15 minutes. The unit was at least 20 years old, we knew it was time for a new one, which was installed and cooling our house by 6PM today. The most important factor for us in making the investment in a new furnace and air conditioner was a quality installation. There are many similar products out there and AJM carries a great product but so do a lot of other HVAC companies. Jeff takes the time to do a proper assessment and gave us what we needed for the size and type of our home, not a cookie cutter approach as we got from four other quotes. The finished product was more than impressive, it works great, looks great and it was a pleasure to work with Jeff. He also made several minor adjustments above and beyond the quote to make the area safer and have a cleaner look-at no extra cost. Jeff was fabulous to deal with right from the initial call to installation. Our air conditioning died in the middle of the latest heatwave. We were up and running with a new unit within 2 days. He answered all of our questions and explained the install step by step. He even followed up to make sure things were cooling down nicely! Fast, reliable, professional and honest service. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Jeff on 2 installations and I cannot recommend him enough. I contacted him when the AC at my old place suddenly stopped working. He asked me a couple of quick questions over the phone then told me to check the fuse and sure enough that was it. I'm sure any HVAC person could have diagnosed that one but Jeff was nice enough to do it over the phone and save me a service call which I greatly appreciated. When that AC was at the end of it's life I had him back out. He gave me a thorough, no pressure walkthrough of my options and I decided to go with him for the installation. I was up and running in 2 days with a brand new high quality Rheem AC. I recently moved into my new home and had him do both the AC and Furnace here, he helped me select the correct sized equipment for the house, did a nice clean installation both inside and out (correcting some issues with the original install), and delivered overall excellent service. AJM to the rescue!We called around this morning to a bunch of heating and cooling companies to fix our A/C unit with no chance at anyone coming for 3-4 days. We found Jeff just by googling and he had great reviews so we gave him a call. To our surprise he told us he was on his way to an install and would be to us right after! Jeff saved the day and had it fixed in under a half hour. Thank you so much for your speedy service and excellent customer service! We are 110% satisfied. Highly recommend and will be our future go to for all heating and cooling needs.
