Love love the brands they carry even if they can be pricey. Just feel kind of uncomfortable going in here sometimes because of the pushy sales tactics, I guess other people like getting approached but I don't enjoy it, in fact it makes me wanna leave the store lol would love to shop in peace !

good service, but quality of the clothing is bad esp when compared to the prices. i bought a hoodie for $168 and on the inside there are loose threads, etc. the clothing is cute but not worth the prices they sell them at. unluckily, i didn’t look at the reviews before buying $200+ of clothing from here. most of their clothes can be found at sites like taobao for cheaper.

I really enjoyed shopping here! The girl that helped me was wonderful (I'm taking off one star from my review since there were about four other girls that were on their phones the whole time that I was in the store while the girl that helped me was the only one doing any work).I can't describe the quality of their in-house brands, but the MLB chunky sneakers I got here are so comfy! There is a big markup, but considering shipping costs and import taxes (and the store's rent), I'd say ~$200 is a pretty fair starting price for exclusive imported sneakers.I will say that their sizes seem to be quite limited! Since this is a primarily Asian clothing store, you can expect some of the remaining sizes to be a bit smaller (probably due to their primarily Asian consumers). That said, if they do have your size for sneakers, I'd definitely recommend the MLB shoes (they're super stylish and trendy, especially in Asia).Will be back to buy more MLB Korea stuff! :)

Bought a sweater from here and after wearing it once, the hook came out. Called the store right away and asked to see if I can get it refunded or exchanged and they said no.Also realized that they had overcharged me and when I called in they said I could come into the store and get the money difference. When I came into the store, they had said they never put it on file and did not issue me the money difference.

A lot of their Korean brands like Ambler, AQO, MLB you can get it for way cheaper from merchants in Crystal mall or Aberdeen. I found an Ambler sweater I want where they charge 120 for it, but merchants in crystal mall ordered and shipped me for only 60. Better choices elsewhere!

The young lady that worked here was EXTREMELY rude to me. I came here from the island to check the store out and I left immediately. Shame, because I would have dropped a good chunk of change here. Maybe if they had better staff, more people would come and stay to shop.

The ring i bought less than 30 days ago, I only used for few times and it's broken already. However, the store refuse to do anything about it. The quality of the prroducts are so poor. The jewlery turns black realy fast too.

I’ve been to the Robson location before but this is the first time for me in the Metrotown store, and I must say that the Metrotown location is very modern and comfortable to shop in, but most importantly the staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect gift for my wife which she really enjoyed and wear it everyday. Overall a very good experience! Would recommend people coming even if it’s just strolling in to experience what a comfortable shopping space should feel like.
