What a great store, so glad we stumbled across it! We bought a ping pong table and are very happy with the quality level at an extremely reasonable price! But what really sold us was how knowledgeable and honest the owner was and his willingness to help us even after hours if we had questions. He had some really cool bar accessories too at great prices. We will definitely go back...probably soon!

This was one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever received. The Manager of the store, Denver, listened to exactly what we wanted, worked out a considerably reasonable price point for our purchase and also offered to add discounts for other purchased items. He followed up with us consistently to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase and even tried his best to rush our item for delivery because of how excited we were for it. These items are custom made in Edmonton, so they are specifically designed to be top quality and they are locally made. You just can't get any better than this. Thank you so much for the service we will definitely be returning to this store :D.

Came in to price out an 8 foot rag, and Denver gave me a 9 foot for cheaper than the price of the 8, just cuz that's what he had. Denver is a great guy, great service, awesome store. 10 for 10 will definitely be back

Best service I've had in a long time. Denver proves to be a passionate, knowledgeable business owner. One on one service for the duration of my visit (about 45 minutes). He sold me a ping pong table, and then helped me load it into my truck. I would have purchased from him based on the service, but it helped that the value was better than any store in town (including the big box stores). I will be back to purchase a foosball table in the near future.

We are very happy with our pool table from Playmore Table & Games.They made our purchase decision easy and the price was right. They had a dozen table styles in the show room to choose from with options to customize them all. We personalized the table cloth and cabinet color to suit the family room. The salesman sold me on a 4’ X 8’ table vs the larger and more expensive 4’5” x 9’ table. He suggested that it better accommodate the layout and my future plans to add more toys. I couldn't be happier with the decision it was the right choice. The 1/2 a foot difference provides me just a little more space to add the dart board, a poker table and install my wet bar without interfering with the players shots. It even opens up enough space on one side to add a bubble hockey or a shuffleboard down the road. It was obvious that the installers were professionals. They came in and set up the table and got out in a couple of hours. We are now using this room more than we ever have and the whole family is hanging out in the games room. Thanks Playmore!

A very nice establishment. Unfortunately, due to economic times it is downsizing, closing down stores, focusing more on ecommerce. With the closing out sale, I did purchase some pool cues and a wall mounted score board. The sales associate was very helpful.

I was on the look out for a table tennis table and even though I knew not all tables were equal I was unsure where I could find one that was a cut above the rest and that would not take the weekend to set up. As I shopped online and read reviews, I read story after story of nightmare experiences people had assembling them. I walked into Playmore and talked with a real salesman who knew what he was talking about I got the best table at a great price and I did not have any assembly issues at all. I would recommend these guys 100%! Great experience!
