This car service came highly recommended from our neighbors in Westwood and I now see why. They have been so accommodating, and will even provide car seats! Their cars are fantastically clean and new. And the drivers are professional and know all the best routes to get you to Logan in even the worst traffic.Def give them a try!

I originally reached out to this service provider 2.5 weeks ago inquiring about a flat rate fee for a transfer to and from location. The guy informed me the hourly rate and minimum required hours to reserve. I informed them that this is for a group of children who are being picked up and drop off. He replied back later stating okay my apologies I misunderstand the flat rate fee would be 403.00 by the time he replied another company reached out to me and informed me of their fee and availability so I booked with them. I had not yet sent the location of the pick up or drop off location until after he indicated the fee would be 403.00. The hurricane took place and my previous reservations had been canceled. Being that it was last minute I reached back out to them inquiring if the price would be 403 still for the date I requested. He said yes and ask me to send the address and the date and time. I sent the information he said okay in then sent me a message asking me to email him all the info. I emailed him with all the information and even ask him my deposit. With him knowing my original location for pick up had changed. I emailed him all the information on Friday and hadn’t heard from him. I reached back out today and was advised the original amount I quested you the 201 will not be the same because your pick up location changed after being put on hold for 10 min. I said sir you quoted me 403 he said oh yea that sounds about right. He later send me an email and tells me my price will be 543 from multiple times of knowing the location changed and also informed me he would honor the rate. He then changed his mind and attempted to get more money from me. I normally don’t leave any reviews but my experience with this company left a bad taste in my mouth from the customer service experience to the lack of accountability when it comes to misinformation on any price quote being provided. There is an entire thread with text messaging of our conversation informing me of his original quote. Don’t tell a customer it’s a flat rate fee then change the price and have the audacity to tell me your charging me more because you have to drive to me. I’m not even in the car and your charging me before I even get into the vehicle. Thank God I found another provider in time and actually have a much better selection and a cheaper rate for my pick up and drop off request. That’s not how you should conduct business if you weren’t paying attention to the address just say that but don’t make it seem as if you weren’t informed multiple times of the change of address. Target, Walmart etc make sure they hold themselves accountable if the wrong price is on an item they don’t mishandle the customer they honor the rate and keep it moving it’s called customer service.I

Great service. Good rate. Very professional. Used their service on the way to the airport and on my return trip. Was on time and communication was good. Needed a lot of space for 6 luggage’s and strollers and the SUV was definitely adequate. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I booked a town car for my birthday event on 3/20 The company texted me 1 hour before my event cancelling my reservation. The company claims that they overbooked themselves and I made payments on time and had made the reservation weeks in advance. They company was unapologetic and I am still waiting for my refund. I don't recommend this company.
