Where do I begin…..This place is heaven on earth. The selection of beams, the service, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Annette was a dream to work with. You know that person who absolutely loves what they do and their enthusiasm is infectious? That is Annette, she knew exactly what we were looking for and nailed the stain for our 3 fireplace mantels….once we install them, they will be a constant reminder of the tremendous service we received at Historic Lumber. If you are looking for reclaimed wood for your home or project, this is the ONLY place you need to go….thank you Annette!!!

We approached AL for a beam for our fireplace. He was very knowledgeable, provided us with advice on how to place the beam and also gave us some teachings on woods and types. He gave us a beautiful pine hew (cut with an axe). We provided AL with the stain and he did all the hard work. The beam and our chimney looked amazing. We loved the cut of beam he gave to us, a lot of character and suited our home perfectly. I would recommend Historic Lumber to anyone looking for great work and a professional service. Thank you AL!
