This was my first visit to Barrie Vision Centre. All those on reception were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Bowser was friendly and very thorough and explained all my questions with ease. I never like the process of picking frames and the entire office had a hand in helping me out. The opticians were also very knowledgeable and helpful. I am glad I used Barrie Vision Centre. I am happy with the staff, service, price and my glasses. I will definitely be a return customer. I had an exam with Dr. Bowser and again, he was friendly and thorough. Staff are friendly and accommodating in every way. I was running a bit late due to unexpected traffic/accident and they were very understanding. I would recommend IRIS.

Had an eye situation and when I called this place,the person on the phone was nice and courteous.I got pretty lucky as I found this place which accommodated me with a same day appointment.The female eye doctor was friendly and took the time to explain to me the tests done and what to expect for my eye situation.Definitely/highly recommend this eye place.

I am very happy with my experience at IRIS. They were very helpful and extremely professional. Diana was awesome at helping me pick out frames for my glasses and fit me for contact lenses. The selection was great and reasonably priced. Worthy of a visit if you are interested in new eyewear.

Always a great experience at Barrie Vision Centre/IRIS. The staff are friendly and professional and never try to oversell you glasses you don’t need. Shoutout to John the optician who miraculously got me my new shades in literally 24 hours!

All of the Staff at Barrie Vision are extremely friendly! Lots a laughter and very light hearted atmosphere! John did a great job looking after our minor issues we had with our glasses. He is very professional and takes great care in customer service!I would recommend this business to anyone that needs eye care!
