Sitskaw Dog Park
Love it here! A nice large dog park split in to two, to avoid confrontation or just have a grand ol time! Love that there's a little pond for the dogs to take a dip in and cool off. Would give 5 stars but there's all of two garbage cans at the whole park and they are OUTSIDE of the blasted park.

Great place to take your dog. Most people we meet with their dogs are really friendly . So far it's been great taking my pup here. Hopefully one day they will some lamp posts for those winter short days but you cant have it all.

Love it here! Great dog park, friendly people that go here. Lots of space for your dogs to play and kept in great condition. Dogs love it here!

It was a beautiful dog park. Large and quiet just wonderful. Unfortunately it has been destroyed by the municipality. All the trees have been clearcutt, what a tragedy. That place will never be the same no matter what those idiots in city hall says. Decisions like this is all the more reasons to pull up and leave.

Sitskaw Dog Park
Now that the municipality has opened the new trail system, the new dog park is fantastic. Trails are wide enough for play, yet closed in enough to keep dogs focused on a walk if warranted. Might be a mud pit in the spring, but I'm sure the pups won't be complaining. No garbage cans within the dog park, so you'll need to carry your full bags back out with you.

This is a wonderful place to take the dogs. Beautiful scenery! A few entrances that gives you the option of which side you want to explore. Trails are really nice! There is a nice big field with a picnic table, you can loop around through the trails if you want. The other side is a field and then there is a trail that leads to the other side. Lots of options and a great place overall.Update! November 26 2021.... I don't know what's going on but basically they ruined the entire park.. all the trees are gone....... and it's closed.. à small fenced area is opened. So disappointed.

Sitskaw Dog Park
This is my favorite park in Fort Mac & the biggest. It has wide open spaces. 2 ponds: 1 enclosed inside the park and the outside the fence (which has ducks swimming in the summer). There are two smaller gated enclosures one either side and two entrances with parking lots. You can either turn left at the 《NEW 》 sign or at the edge of waterways and start of Draper Rd. With a boat launch on either side. I find the busiest time to go which allows my dogs to socialize with other dogs is around 12PM to 3 PM. There are lots of friendly dogs that visit this park.

If it was the municipalitys intention to destroy the greatest dog park ever, they have succeeded. They've clear cut the entire park and dismantled it. And gave us a hollow dead area to put our pets.

Wow. What a great dog park. Very large, full on woods areas. Some basic trails. But also large fields.
