Sentinel Storage - Victoria (Vancouver Island)

The suggested storage was enough for our stuff. Employees are very kind and helpful. Storage are clean. There is a washroom. Secured. Lot of parking.

Very clean, great staff. Had to put our household belongings in storage while we waited for possession of our new house. We were called twice by staff to let us know that North Vancouver You Move Me didn’t lock both of our storage units. Very grateful for Wendy to call and let us know that she locked both units after checking once moving company left to catch ferry back to Vancouver. We were still in Vancouver at the time.

Absolutely fantastic, seamless experience with Sentinel Victoria. From the intake call to inquire (centralized dispatch customer service), to Wendy and Sherri managing the operations on-site, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and prompt with responsiveness and customer service. Never thought a storage unit experience would be such a highlight, but these folks bring a different level of care and warmth for a usually-stressful time (I.e. moving) for most people. Thank you for what you do, happy holidays!

I was desperate to find storage to help me during a move. My entire experience with Wendy and Sherri was top notch in every way! They explained everything so well covering rules and regs and safety too. Such hardworking women providing excellence and kindness. recommendation 100%!

Wendy and Sherri at front desk are super friendly and very helpful. Wendy was the one who got me set up on the day I got my unit and she was amazing. Taking the time to walk me to my unit and also ensuring my access code worked, which I really appreciated. She also followed up with me on some of my inquiries and truly went above and beyond. The folks here really treat you like you're their friend/family and I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage if you are looking for extra storage space.

Wonderful and professional people. Wendy was especially patient and helpful as I am a single older senior. Her clear and useful instructions about locking and lifting the large doors made this task easier for me. There was always a feeling of safety and cleanliness in the building. Really excellent service from Sherri, who walked us around so we could get the most appropriate unit for our storage units. Accessibility was very important; I love that one can access the unit from 6am-11pm because not everyone is going to say they are available 9-5pm. Best of all, got in on a one-month free offer and am truly appreciative they are as good as their word on this promotion. Units are all very clean and very tidy. Happy.

Wendy was amazing! This place does things for you that you don't even need. Place is clean, secure.. easily accessible.. very communicative. Storage companies have come along way. All the local contractors use this place.. what does that tell you.

**IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR STORAGE IN VIC GO HERE** Checked out Sentinel Storage because of the great reviews- and was not disappointed! Had a locker there from Oct ‘22-June ‘23 and I would absolutely go back the next time I have storage needs. Both Wendy and Sherri at the front desk were so helpful from start to finish the whole way through. I cannot stress enough that while the prices are great: it’s the customer service that will have me recommending them all day long! I also had one of their movers (unfortunately didn’t get his name) who was already off duty give me a hand on the weekend. From call center, to the admin staff to movers: Sentinel really hires some amazing people.Aside from that, the units are well priced and even the smallest ones are situated with spaciousness in mind, and the facilities are clean and easy to navigate. It’s a 5 stars rating but they’re a 10/10 in my books.
