My Bed was arriving in 3 days. Home Depot had failed at even coming remotely close to delivering my bed frame on time. Walked in to Sleep Factory had my bed frame before my bed arrived. That’s how you do business.Thanks Terry.

Terry and Jim you guys are superheroes! I went into the store yesterday picked out my mattress and told terry that I needed it before my knee surgery on Wednesday! Not only did he make it happen, he gave me the one on the floor because he wouldn’t be able to get me one for 2-3 weeks! When I got there today to pick it up Jim was there and helped me load it!! Best experience I’ve had, so accommodating and awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I bought a queen mattress and box spring from t Milton location and couldn’t be happier w t service I received from Jim. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to look after my daughter and help us find exactly what we were looking for, he kept it for us until we needed it, and even delivered it for us when we couldn’t fit it in our van! Total legend of a bloke!

Very happy with the service provided by Terry. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We had purchased a couple of mattresses online that came in a box and without question, the quality of the mattress and the experience that we received from Sleep Factory and Terry was far better than any online experience. Shopping local was a priority for us and we believe they are the best in Milton.

The man that works there, Terry, was the nicest man ever. He was very knowledgable and got me what I needed for sore back. He put a rush on my order because my back is a mess and was nothing but pleasant. The store is super small but they have samples of everything you might need and it's never busy in there so no pushy salesperson, no waiting, just good old-fashioned personal service by nice workers. I'll get my foam mattress in less than two weeks. Can't wait!

Unbelievable customer service. They really took the guesswork out of getting a new mattress. Were not interested in up selling me at all, and even worked out a price to help me get something a bit out of my price range. Highly recommend, ask for Terry or Jim, can't go wrong!

We had a great experience with buying our toddler's first mattress. We were helped right away and guided on what we needed for her. They delivered to our home not even an hour later. Then a couple hours later when we needed another item, they came after hours to drop it off. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
