Echelon Assurance

Stay away from Echelon Insurance , they are absolute liars and thiefs. Echelon have destroyed my Andre Vachon Inc. transport company that was in business since 1987 with excellent safety and service records both in Quebec and Usa .After receiving 5% Profit Sharing for not having any accidents or claims in 2018 , my policy was cancelled in the middle of the term in July 2019, Andre Vachon Inc. was put into High Risk without any single reason and we had to shut down our entire operation with 6 trucks , 8 drivers (all with exellent service records as well), close down our 80.000 Sq feet Fenced facility with garage , office , cameras and fire all of the employees.Stay away as much as you could from Echelon and we should all unite and make a Class Action against their bad business practises.Shame on Echelon, make sure everyone knows !!!!

Canceled this insurance because I sold my car and I was charged twice a month!Worst company ever!!!

Instead of asking the mileage or checking my odometer their expert evaluater" decided he would guess my mileage. Now I can't sell my car because it looks like I rolled back the odometer. Because no one there knows what a carproof is

They are useless at that point, if you want to go with echelon just drive without assurance it’s pretty much the same.

THE WORST INSURANCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. I wouldn’t wish this on my WORST ENEMY.

This is the worst company to deal with. They don’t want to settle a claim that was already open almost a year ago. Now they want to reduce the cash out money. They probably want us to pass the deadline so they don’t have to pay. What they did they transfer our claim to another agent and that agent is reducing the original cash out payment. The agent we have is not nice to us at all.

BEWARE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Called many times after an accident for a claim, no one was available and I had to leave a voicemail. Company is ready to take money but not do actual work. Take your business elsewhere people

Bad company and bad customer service. After 2 years of loyal payments they decided to not renew my car insurance, without giving me a reason. Only got a notice of 9 days which in a way, according to the BAC, is illegal. A minimum of 30 days is required. I tried to get in contact multiple times with my broker but no response. Don't go to them, you'll waist your time

Got an accident, impossible to join anyone, the company was closed for 4 days.....everytime we tried to contact someone at echelon, nobody answers. They dont reply to emails, we know, we left almost 10 em before we get an answer.They told us they placed a courtesy car request to enterprise, next thing you know, 2 days later we call enterprise, no requests received. We call echelon many times, finally someone answers, we yelled at em a bit. 5m was all set, 15 later we had the car.Many months later, we receive a bill of 600$ because they forgot to remove the total loss off her name and forgot to put the new car we've been driving for 2 months....unprofessionnal...Now 2 weeks later we still have no inespector reports nor know what money amount we will get for the car, its still a constant fight to have any information at all or simply talk to anyone.
