Emi’s Doggy Spa

I took my Charlie (poodle) for the first time to be groomed (9 yrs. Old). It was a very pleasant experience. Both Jenny and Emily were very pleasant, warm and explained exactly what procedures would be done. They did a super excellent clipping and styling job on him! I highly recommend!

I have a large , timid , easily stressed out Shepherd. Hes been to Emi's twice now this year and we couldn't be more pleased! Hes a lot of work, brushed daily and well looked after but over time his coat just gets to a point that he needs some professional help! The girls do an incredible job with him, he comes home looking and feeling like a puppy!! First step through the door and you can tell these girls genuinely love dogs. It's nice to have a place we trust to look after our Boy!

Cut was a good one but they didn't take notes when I made the appointment so he missed out on the deshedding. They also didn't tell me I could only pay by cash or e-transfer (from my phone only) so I had to drive back to Tantallon to get cash.

Took my Shih Tzu there today to be groomed and I have to say they did such amazing job on him and he looked so different and so cute. They had no problem working on him compared when I tried to groom him. I would recommend Emi’s Doggy Spa to any one who wants a great job done on their dog and the girls are so friendly and nice they care very much about your dog . They are very professional and not expensive either. I would not take my dog any where else to be groomed . Thank you girls for a great job.

These folks are awesome. I called at the last minute and they got our dog in the next day. She is a rescue and had only ever been in a kennel for 7 years , She was smelly and dull coat. I did not meet them myself, My husband took and picked up the dog. When I called to make the appointment the young lady was very polite and pleasant. My husband dropped her off and when he went back he called me right away to tell me he didn't think it was our dog, he said she was just beautiful. They did a awesome job! I would recommend these folks. I found it pricey, but worth it. I also didn't have anything to compare the price to so in all honesty the cost could have been the norm.

Roxxane is crazy reactive & has so much anxiety (she pee’s & everything) & thanks to Em I’m able to get her all groomed & nails trimmed, in a stress free environment!

Caper always looks & smells amazing after his spa day. I love that he gets to play with the kids and get lots of love & treats. I never worry about him while he’s with Emily and the gang, I know he’s in wonderful hands.

My 13 year old Toy Poodle Dolly, has been groomed at Emi’s since we moved to St Margarets Bay. Today I was again impressed by the care and attention they gave Dolly. She has some severe skin issues and early dementia. When I picked her up she was happy, relaxed and her beautiful little self. I could see what care was taken to groom her. I cannot recommend this “Doggy Spa” enough.

The staff is really nice and they do a nice job with my dog's grooming needs.My only complaint is that it's really difficult to get hold of them. I have called for appointments and many times the mailbox has been full and when it wasn't, I have not received a call back although their message states, Please leave a message with your name

I have a very Anxious 1 year old doodle and I have to say. I was so incredibly pleased with how much she bonded with them. When I dropped her off she’s was terrified. When I picked her up she didn’t want to leave! I was so thrilled with the groom and how wonderful they were with my girl! Highly recommend!
