I don't normally do reviews but I wanted to share my experience with the koodo kiosk in Tecumseh mall. I dealt with Andrew one of the representatives he was awesome he helped me with process of illumination, he assisted me with the best steps to take to problem solve. At no point did I have to figure anything out he was polite and extremely helpful. I had to go back about 3 times he was always happy to help. If you have to go to the kiosk Andrew is the guy you're looking for. He's what customer service is all about.

Took my mom to this location as she had some questions regarding her account. I have to say that Mohammed was absolutely outstanding! He took the time to expalin everything in great detail to my mom and made sure she understood everything as well. He even gave her a different plans which were more suitable for her needs saving her money in the end. My mom and I both can't speak highly enough about Mohammed he is a true example of what customer service is all about! He definitely went above and beyond and deserves to be acknowledged for this!

They refused to take my healthcard as photo ID (had forgotten my passport at home) even though I have an account there already just to ask about my upgrade eligibility, I didnt plan to upgrade i just wanted to know when I could. I thought this was ridiculous seeing as I was already a customer. Wow mobile was more than willing to answer my question.

THE WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER. Been calling the them for months to inquire about the additional charges made to my bill. Everytime I call them the automated robot says the agent will call don't know when the hell will get a call from them... been a loyal customer for 3 years this is how they are treating me now. Within two months I got around 900 bill pay my son student he is very upset . I ask through the sim. No need Koodo , through sim in garbage………..

Been with Koodo for many years but at this location service has been dreadful. Most of the staff don't know what they are doing, and the manager is the worst went to change phone and had me listed as QC under a number I canceled 4 months ago.

Went there and stood there for 2 hours and nobody bothered to attend to me. Am with koddo and I am already feeling like I need to change services. Mmmh..I don't like your customer service at all.

The woman behind the counter was helpful and answered my questions. I was just there to get a sim card and activate a plan with an affiliate company. I inquired about a power bank while I was there and it was extremely expensive, something like $70 for a 10000mAh Belkin...she didn't actually find one, but that's what she said the price was.

I would recommend koodo to anybody searching for a cell phone provider. I've been with them for over 10 years and have not had any negative experiences with them. The gentleman who assisted me with my phone upgrade was very helpful and informative. He also seemed to take the opportunity to train two new employees on how to assist future customers with an upgrade...he was patient and helpful with them also. Great Job
