NCC Vehicle Cleaning

Visited another Sudbury business and had the unfortunate experience of coming out to my vehicle to find this vehicle parked crooked in the spot next to me blocking my ability to even back out or access my passenger side. There was no way his door could have been opened without hitting the side of my vehicle. Poor advertising for your business sir. Perhaps a few driving lessons would be in order. Hopefully he doesn't clean like he drives.

Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else to get cleaned. Thanks again to Pat and Craig for the awesome service.

I'm writing this review here, because unfortunately the email to file an official complaint bounced back. I received your services on September 1, 2022. My husband and I have accessed the services at NCC previously and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, today it was a terrible experience and I am informing you that neither my husband nor I will be requesting your services in the future.The concerns were length of time to complete the work, very poor customer service and response provided to my complaint. In addition shuttle services offered prior to scheduling the appointment were not provided and I incurred an additional cost of using a taxi, as I do not currently live in Sudbury, ON.In addition, there are still a few spots in the vehicle that are not cleaned.

Take 6 hours to do only the front of a minivan!!-we have no kids or pets. Just normal salt. Unacceptable.

What a wonderful experience. David, Ryan, Greg, Jarrett and Pat provided excellent service and my car has never shined like this. Great workers, excellent job! Will be back.

Brought my vehicle to get the outside polished and it looks brand new again. The owner was very nice and definitely knows what he is doing and even took the time to show me what he did and how I could do it myself. They were also nice enough to go above and beyond and stay after hours to make sure I had my vehicle back in time!!!Not only do they provide excellent service, but there prices are also amazing for the quality of work they perform....Best Car detail garage in town I HIGHLY Recommend NCC.

Shout out to Chris for the ozone treatment. Brought the car in before work and picked it up during lunch. Got the smell out no problem put the little NCC air freshener he gave me and it smells great. Fair price super easy if your car has a gross smell take it to NCC and get it ozoned!!

Got our vehicles done here. Great job by NCC. Great staff, and strongly recommended.
