I’ve been going to lens crafters and Rideau optometric for almost 5 years and always leave happy. Great frames that are always in style and durable. I’ve managed to always get my new frames and lenses the same day which is great!

I was absolutely thrilled by the service at this location. They have very skilled, experienced opticians that easily help you find exactly what you need. I was helped by Joss, who was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure my experience was amazing. I found the perfect pair of glasses, and their selection was vast. It makes it so much better when you have a knowledgeable, professional, and experience optician to give you all the best options.If you want to find your ideal pair without any trouble, pay them a visit. Joss was the best optician I’ve ever met - he was an absolute gem.To top it all off, since my prescription is relatively common, my glasses were ready for pickup 45 minutes later. Sat on my partners expensive sun glasses and bent the arm which seemed too far gone to repair- Keith did a great job fixing them and in a short amount of time! Great customer service :)
