I haven’t been to the dentist for a while and was nervous to be completely honest. By the lake dental was very welcoming, clean, knowledgeable, understanding and cares about their clients. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Went to Dr. Afson at By the Lake Dental was very impressed she is very kind and does great work All the people who work there are very nice. Don't hesitate to go there.

My daughter had a sudden toothache. The clinic was able to accommodate her in a timely manner. We were received on time with warm smiles. The doctor identified the cause in a few minutes. All the staffs are professional and competent. I am so satisfied with the experience.

I usually am afraid of going to the dentist. This place is very different from what I’m used to. Very friendly staff and sweet dentist. I told her I was afraid and she made me feel very comfortable and went through what she is doing. I’ve never had a better experience!

This is the best dentist ever! The receptionists are so nice and so are the dentists and hygienist! I got a filling and it took 30 mins, at my other dentist It would have taken probably an hour and a half. Overall, I recommend this dentist to you!

Very sadly my previous dentist had to retire due to medical reasons. I had gone there my entire life. I decided to try a new dentist closer to home since my old dentist retired and sold their practice. The good news here is that I have found a lovely new office in By the Lake Dental. I have visited twice so far and both visits were very impressive. The facility itself is very spacious, new and updated interior. The staff is very good at wearing a lot of PPE and doing things very cleanly which makes you feel very safe. The technology they have I have never even seen before. They had so many fancy tools to scan your entire mouth, such as a tool that created a 3D image of your entire mouth that they could manipulate on the computer screen. The dentist also diagnosed an issue with my enamel that I never knew I had, which explains the extreme sensitivity of my teeth. I may have had the condition my entire life but am only finding out now thanks to the talented team here. I am very thankful for their expert knowledge and great services. The chair even has a gentle back massage on it to help calm you during a stressful dental procedure. Very impressive all around, I recommend trying them out!

I would not recommend this place at all, I have gone here a few times in the past but now go somewhere else because of the poor service and how they responded to my fiancé when she called to ask a question.My fiancé is from Latin America and she her English is good but not perfect, we live five minutes from this place and they advertise in the Latin community that they have a Spanish speaking dentist. This was of course something my fiancé was interested in, but when she called and spoke to the receptionist she did not have a good experience. She asked receptionist if she speaks Spanish, receptionist does not which is fine but when my fiancé asked if there was in fact a Spanish speaking dentist at that location the receptionist got angry and literally hung up on her. You can not be hanging up on people, yes there is a bit of a language barrier but at least try and help someone. She simply hung up on my fiancé. I then called myself and got the same rude attitude and no apology. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place, zero stars

I have been coming here for a while. Firstly it's impossible to get an appointment the same month. I called in because my tooth was hurting alot. The reception offered a 7:30 a.m. appointment the following day which I was very grateful for. I woke up early made arrangements with work to be at this appointment and the place was closed. The day I had called there was a snowstorm and the power went out. So they closed down the dental office until the following day at 11:00 a.m. although I had just spoken to them, no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know that their office is going to be closed. Since then I have left them two messages and have not received any response. When I originally called them I informed them that I no longer have dental insurance and would be paying out of pocket. So I only want to do the necessary work. Not sure if that has a bearing on whether they decide to call back or not.

This dentist location is well equipped with modern technology and they have great dentist and service. Our family goes to this location for 8 years now. Overall very happy experience.
