Lumpy Bikes
I've purchased 4 bikes from Charlie, an Iron Horse, a GT, a Giant and the latest a Cannondale, all bikes are still in good working order and each was a fair deal. I'm not sure what the complaints are about customer service Charlie is polite, knowledgeable, and funny, if you want a great bike see Charlie.

I've been at this shop many times. I enjoy talking bikes with Charlie and checking out his bikes. I think his bike donation program is great. Great place to shop for a reasonably priced bike.

Violet and I love to visit Wilbur and see what new and interesting projects he's working on. Lumpy Bikes is a great place to grab a decent bike for a little coin, and to swap stories over a cool drink. It's becoming a regular summer hang out for our family. This is how all bike shops should be.Side note: his shop hours are not as posted. His hours are by appointment only. So please be sure to call ahead.

Excellent service and gets some real gems in their inventory. I bought a beautiful touring bike here that has since lasted me thousands and thousands of kilometres. Recommended!

Giy used to be decent but apparently asking him to many questions he let's me know he is giving me advice for FREE. Then blocks me. Terrible customer service

Unfortunate that they do have a couple nice bikes, atrocious customer service. Asked simple questions only to hear rude retorts.
