Bathrooms are terrible and as much as the staff is trying their best to fill orders, food was not well prepared and follow up with the orders was poor…. Not sure who was in charge but could really use someone to oversee staff, and keep things organized . Props to the kids working there you can see they are really trying, there needs to be a better system to help them run things more smoothly and ensure orders are done well.

Terrible customer service. All tables are dirty. 7 people standing around. And 1 person making the food. Told the staff. They had no napkins. And they still didn't fill them . Not impressed. That there is no staff older than 15 moat likely.

THE WORSE TIM'S IN CANADA!In my pass over Ottawa, showing this beautiful country to a visitor from abroad, I stopped on this Tim's franchise to have some refreshment, coffee and donuts.The experience was the worse ever!! It took 20 minutes to take the order. Once we were with the cashier, she told us the combos we order, which including potatoes, that they don't' have them in the moment and they didn't replace them for hash browns or something else. It took another 20 minutes to receive what we ordered.The place was dirty, and nasty. Only one bathroom was available, and it wasn't clean.Please, PLEASE!, doesn't stop there. Travel a little more further, to the exit 17, to the other Tim's coffee shop.There is no way to give them just 0 starts... they doesn't deserve even 1

Went in there to get some donuts and use the restroom. However, after using the restroom, I decided getting food there would be a bad idea. Restroom was so disgusting that I had to wipe my feet before leaving and only used my feet to open the doors.The kids who work there should know the importance of keeping their environment clean since it's a food place. Shame on the managers/management.

The girl working here at 8:00pm on June 4th 2023, don’t know her name but she was short with brown hair. She has offered us the best service that we have ever gotten at a Tim Hortons in a very long time, and she went out of her way to serve us our food. She was very nice and apologized on the behalf of her coworkers for the wait.

I don't normally leave reviews but this location for Tim Hortons is the worst I've visited. EVER. There should be a -5 rating.1. The locations was closed for walk in orders so everyone went through drive through. Countless individuals wales up to a closed door, peering through the windows. The drive through was incredibly slow. Looked like three guys in there who don't know what they are doing. I ordered a green tea latte with vanilla shot and chai latte with vanilla shot. They gave me two actual lattes and then put tea bags in them.... OMG who does that.The drive thru was sooooo slow I couldn't even go back to have them correct it. Just left and will toss these. Over 20 minutes the first time through.They clearly need some help and the management needs to look into it.
