This service was terrible. DO NOT RECCOMMENDTwo ladies came and were in the house for about half an hour pretending to clean.They quickly left and when I started checking I noticed they didn't wipe all the counters, they didn't vacuum or cleaned any of the floors.They still want to charge me 95$ for the service"

Cleaning wasn't done properly, as well as items were missing from my bathrooms after the maids left. This company's employee's will steal from you. I would not recommend wasting your time or money.

Christmas is crazy this year, to much stuff to do. They were great. They showed up when they said they would. Did the cleaning like they said they would and charged a very reasonable rate. I’m sure we will use their service again.

We had Molly Maid come in and do a deep clean of our rental property after some tenants moved out. They got us in very quickly and did a great clean at a very reasonable rate. They were on time, friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Not impressed, first time using this service and will be the last. Literally not one surface was dusted or cleaned, baseboards were left untouched (which was specifically mentioned to do in the phone booking), noticeable spots on the wall untouched...the main kitchen table wasnt even cleaned...over all very poor quality, and the space to be cleaned is a very small main floor of a house. The only things I can tell that were cleaned were the shower and quick job on the floor, which is quite frustrating as I thought I had booked a cleaning for 2 hours and got a phone call they were done after 1 hour.UPDATE***Molly maids contacted me and made a great effort to resolve the issue. I am happy with the re-clean and impressed with their customer service in trying to resolve any issues I had within a timely manner.Thanks!

We took possession of our first home in July and was told by the previous owners that they had hired Molly Maids in Saskatoon. We were told they were to clean all floors, fridge, stove, bathrooms, window sills and cupboards. Below are pics of the cupboards in the kitchen and fridge shelf. We are not upset with the previous owners at all but feel that they should get their money back as the cleaning was done very poorly. We ended up cleaning the whole house ourselves as many areas were not thoroughly cleaned. We would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone else. Very disappointing results!

I fully support a company having the opportunity to correct poor work, but Molly Maid does not believe in taking that opportunity unless it fits within their restrictive policies. I work shift work so we were unable to review the 'cleaning' that was done until several days later, and the attached pictures are what we found. Not only is this very poor cleaning, but when I requested contact information in order to submit these pictures, I was told they would be unable to help as their policy is that they be contacted within 24 hours so that they can reclean free of charge. We did not have the ability to do that in our case, so I had hoped for some flexibility if Molly Maid was truly interested in providing satisfactory customer experiences.TLDR; Our house was not clean and Molly Maid was not willing to work with us outside of their restrictive policy to explore ways to rectify the situation. We paid $170 for... not sure what. Our house was not clean. I would not hire them again and would advise a friend or family member against doing so.

We booked them in to help clean a property we have just taken Possession of. I was upfront with calcium build up n shower screens/tiles and oven needing a deep clean. The team just wiped everything over claimed they couldn’t remove the discolouration in showers and couldn’t clean oven. They then told me I should buy CLR and oven cleaner and do it myself!In less then 15 mins and some hard scrubbing I managed to remove pinkish tone to grout and a fair chunk of calcium build up. I booked cleaners so I didn’t have to as we were finding our feet after an international relocation.While staff were polite & friendly I wouldn’t recommend booking this company. They also have ignored follow up emails in regards to their service.

This place is the worst cleaning service I’ve ever experienced , Terrible cleaners , Terrible Customer support , , they lack self pride and customer appreciation , if I could change 1 thing in my life it would be to never had called Molly Maid Saskatoon . let me guess Molly Maid your going to Respond “after going through our notes you didn’t order the deep clean or your not in our system”to anyone who is considering this company I strongly advice to avoid this company unless you want to be scammed like I did . My aswell save your money and do it yourself it will be cheaper and cleaner and done in a more efficient time!

First clean done in a timely and efficient manner. Group 1 were courteous and very professional.
