Very well priced. Quality products. Found some beautiful gems in this store. If you're looking to build a jewelry business, I recommend checking out the products they have here and the pricing. Very affordable and a very diverse array of beads. I was blown away by the sheer selection of their pearls. There were pearl shapes and angled hole cuttings which were unique and sparked new creative inspiration. Definitely worthwhile to explore. I even found dried coral!

One of my most favorite places in Toronto to go for beads and jewelry accessories. I wish i lived closer or was able to come here more often.

The sales associate was watching me like a hawk and made me super uncomfortable.

Hi Beads has the best selection for bead strands in downtown Toronto. The employees are very kind and polite; they are willing to help when asked and are knowledgeable in the beads they have. The back room has the most affordable selection of semiprecious bead strands with an amazing variety too. I truly admire this place and am happy to support an immigrant-owned small business.

Great selection of beads but CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO!!! Why? whenever you asked them if they have this particular item, they would always say NO or whatever is there.. (ON MY HEAD THINKING, WHY WOULD I EVEN ASKED YOU THEN?) AS A CUSTOMER, YOU ARE LIKE TALKING TO A WALL WHEN YOU COME TO THIS STORE. They would not even bother help you look for something or even suggest a similar item or even ask if you need help. Come to think of it, they own this place but they don't know anything about what they sell sadly. When you asked them for scissors to cut your string of beads, they would not get it for you YOU WILL GO AND GET IT! SOME OF THEIR ITEMS ARE ALSO VERY DUSTY. RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! They should always remember and have appreciation for their customers because without us you don't have a business! ARTON BEADS IS THE BEST ON QUEEN STREET!
