I had been a customer for many years but then when I moved from Ottawa to Oshawa and my daughter got her own car insurance they almost doubled my insurance for a 6 year old car. And wouldn’t come down with their pricing. I shopped around and found a different company for almost a quarter of the monthly fee. Incredible difference. How long had they been ripping me off.When I asked for a refund for my last month she laughed when she told me how much I was getting and said thank you as if she was doing me a great big favour. This was not Ashley but a staff member. Absolutely disgusting customer service.If you’re looking for any kind of insurance shop around first.

I found my agent Alicia Paterson to be extremely helpful getting through to the adjusters who seemed very confused I must say. Thank goodness for her persistence and communication skills
