I dropped my phone and the screen popped out and I couldn’t get it to work. Luckily Lovey at black apple fixed my phone in only a few hours!! The staff there are very friendly and efficient. They’re good at what they do!! Highly recommend coming here to get your phone fixed! The location is optimal too, you can shop while they fix your device, or attend an appointment nearby!

Went in here today with many questions and not a lot of knowledge about what I could do with a cracked screen.The staff is amazing and he helped me with honesty and experience. I will always go here now. Highly recommend!

I was not impressed with the customer service at this location. I dealt with two different people, one when I dropped my phone off and a second when I picked my phone up. Both had the demeanour of people who had better things to do. I was not informed beforehand that my replacement battery would not be an authorized battery. Finally I received no paperwork on the service. No invoice. No breakdown of costs and taxes. No acknowledgement of work done and costs paid, other than the receipt for the card I used. I would never use this business again.

Most recently, Ali (currently covering for the regular fellow, who is also fantastic) provided the friendliest, most pleasant and professional customer service I have experienced in a long time! Very frustrating after calling and leaving messages on several occasions and never a callback. I go in person and get the battery replaced in the iPhone and it works for a few days and the screen craps out... this has happened 3 times in 1 month and they warrantied the 1st one, I gave up on the 2nd after someone else told me it wasn't a iPhone approved battery... what a waste of time and money! I AM A FIRST TIME APPLE USER and I was oblivious! Stay away if your an Apple user! This should be 1 star!

Ali went above and beyond to help me with my phone. He even stayed after they closed to make sure it all worked and everything transferred. They also fixed my husband's computer within a day for a great price. This is the only place I'll take my Apple stuff.

Not helpful. Pretended I had a bigger problem then I did. Went somewhere else they fixed it in a minute. Dude wanted to charge me over 100$ lol scammers
