Booked online on a Sunday night and Shawn came out Monday morning at 9:30. He called ahead and was on time. He got my dryer fixed in half an hour. I would definitely use this company again!

We were very happy with the service that we received from Shawn with fixing our washing machine. For some reason the washer would not fill with water. I called for service on a Friday afternoon and within 3 hours Shawn was at my house. He was very polite and professional and within about 15 mins he had our washer fixed. I would definitely use this company again in the future for an appliance that needed to be fixed.

Technician was nice, however they claimed to have fixed my refrigerator but didn't. When I called back to let them know, they said they needed a receipt to service it. Why don't you have my address in the system? In my opinion they only came to collect an easy 150 dollars and uses this gestures of a receipt as an excuse to prevent from making the repairs, most people lose their receipt. None the less I had my receipt and my refrigerator still leaks, bad service.
