The best limo service I've ever used. Ryan is an amazing professional, kind person and has an incredible sense of humor. He took us across the border from Bellingham to British Columbia for a very reasonable rate. Was experienced with the process and made a very stressful situation smooth and stress free. I would recommend using this service 100 percent and hope to use this business again.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company. It is why I am taking the time now to write this so that others hear about them and choose to use their service.We live in Mount Vernon WA. We sit about 56 miles from the Canadian border. We planned our first cruise from Vancouver BC, with Windstar cruise line. Deciding how we would get to Vancouver BC became very difficult. We lived too close to fly there. Parking our car for 2 weeks in Canada was too expensive and on top of that, trying to find a place to trust to do so was causing us grief. Our local bus company couldn’t fit our luggage needs nor could Amtrak.After calling cab companies, who couldn’t help us, we call NW Limousine and Party bus. Even tho they are located 40 miles north of us, nearer to Canada than us, I tried them. I am so glad I did.From the first phone call, the staff member was polite, accommodating and assured me they could pick us up from the door of our home to the hotel we booked in Vancouver BC to stay overnight before our cruise ship was set to sail.The date was set, a nominal deposit was taken with a Visa card, and our worries were laid to rest. We received an email detailing our reservation and that was a very nice touch.The day of our departure came and our driver, Julia, was at our home even 15 minutes before the time we asked to leave. To us, being early is greatly appreciated. The car Julia came to drive us in was very nice, extremely comfortable and roomy. Julia placed all 7 of our luggage pieces into the trunk of her car and we were off.Julia was so amiable and a great conversationalist. She explained the process of crossing the USA border into Canada to us and it all went without a hitch. This company can use the commercial lane to their advantage and avoid the longer commuter lines.Julia was also a very good driver and used all her skills to navigate the busy city of Vancouver BC. Traffic is always crazy there yet Julia calmly and professionally eased thru all the congestion perfectly. She was so easy to talk to and made the 2 hour drive seem like a short time.Julia took us to our hotel, unloaded all our bags, and made sure we were taken care of by the hotel porters. We paid for our ride using our Visa, which was helpful. Julia made everything easy. We also had made prior arrangements for Northwest Limo to take us home the day we arrived back into Port from our cruise to Alaska. We hoped Julia would be our driver again.While we were in Alaska, we had to call NW Limo to make some minor changes to our arrival plans. The staff member recognized my phone number and greeted me by name! So friendly and nice! The changes were made quickly and again, I received an email confirmation of all I spoke about on the phone.The day we arrived back from the cruise, Julia was early to pick us up and take us home. We were so happy to see her and not have to wait with all our luggage! Again, Julia loaded our much heavier luggage into her car, and we were off for home!!Julia saw that the border traffic was heavier getting back into the states, so she chose a lane to our advantage. We had no issues at all.My husband fell asleep in the backseat while Julia and I chatted away! She made the trip home a very pleasant memory. She drove us right back into our driveway, unloaded our bags, and got paid again with our Visa. I then gave her a big hug and we waved goodbye!NW Limo made everything seamless and easy for us. Their care and attention to all our needs was beyond expectations. We want to publicly thank them, each and every one, for all they did to make our trip go so well and smooth. Bad experience, overcharged, car had a strong tobacco odor, obnoxiously rude driver. Asked democratically for a partial refund after overcharge, but a manager named Caleb refused without considering my explanation. DO NOT recommend !

Great service. The driver Mauri went above and beyond by checking in periodically with parents to let us know our group of students were safe and behaving on their homecoming dance night out in a limo!! The staff was pleasant prompt and available at all times, the price was very fair. Overall a great experience.

Have used Northwest Limousine & Party Bus a few times now for transport to SeaTac and have never had a bad experience. Ryan and Mauri are absolutely amazing going above and beyond for us. Booking is easy with great communication back and forth to make sure all the details were right, would absolutely recommend this company!

I used this limo service between Vancouver airport & Bellingham going to and from Britain. They were great for our group of 6. I'll use them again.

Amazing staff. Always on time. All the drivers are very professional and well dressed. Making the reservation was easy. I will continue to use them over and over.

Great experience. 4.5 hour wine and distillery tour for a birthday party. Highly recommend for a special event, especially a surprise.
