There are no pros to working at this place. Why? Because they did not even let me no negotiate salary after offering me a position. The minute I asked for a salary negotiation, I was told my the rude owner of the company that I am not fit for the job and that I have reservations against taking up the role. They took an interview for about an hour and told me I’m the right fit and when I went to submit documents, they took back the offer saying that I should not have negotiated salary.Only cons about this place, I have read earlier reviews from this company and everyone seems to be echoing the same notion. The interviewer called me saying that I got selected for the role and gave me a salary well below industry standards, I didn’t negotiate then, but when I came to submit documents to the hr and negotiate salary as it should be done, they took back the offer. I told them I will stick with the original salary they offered but they just sent me back saying I don’t fit the role.Show some respect to your candidates especially the ones whom you have selected after the interview, everyone is allowed to negotiate, if you don’t let your future employees ask for what they deserve which wasn’t much different from what you’re offering, you’re business is going to go down with high employee turnover.THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND NEVER EVER APPLY TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT IN TERMS OF TIME AND MONEY
