Their customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. They have not only had employees treated with no regard of natural human rights, their products kept being delayed and they gave horrible time frames, would tell me my window will be done by the end of Tuesday and was then pushed to Thursday to finally have gotten done today. Never again will I ever continue my business here.

The true measure of a company's customer service is not when things go great, but when there are challenges with the job. There were numerous challenges with our sunroom installation and Regina Windows & Exteriors failed miserably at every turn.Was told it would take 4 days when the build started...it actually took 18 days of work, over 31 total days from start to finish. I was left with walls but no roof for 9 days while the crew went on vacation (which I wasn't even told about - I had to phone to find out why no one was onsite) and it rained 5 of those days. I had to deal with the rain water that collected inside the room and on 1 occasion leaked into the house myself. Some of the panels that were installed are dented, and I had to insist that crooked windows be straightened prior to the roof going on otherwise they would have been permanently crooked and would have never sealed.In the 31 days the company was onsite the only time I was contacted where I didn't initiate the conversation first was at the end of the build when it was time to pay the invoice - shows you what they are most concerned about. Incredibly poor customer service and even worse communication. One of the most frustrating and stressful construction experiences I've ever had.

Had a great experience with Regina Window. They replaced all the windows on my house as well as a patio door. Showed up when they said they would and the final install looks awesome!

Very bad double glazing

Always liked working with Steve and crew, great folks who know what they're doing. Just a stroll through their showroom gives you the confidence that they can handle any size of project. 10/10 would recommend these folks! Honest service and easy to deal with!

After reading these reviews i decided to come forward with my experience, first off they had always kept trying to offer me the most expensive product and it was defective. When I addressed this to their customer support staff all they did was give me the same one! I can not believe that in a simple transaction was done in the worst manner. They need to work on their ethics and professionalism along to their courtesy of making the customer’s satisfaction their main priority

They added our sun room. Took way longer than anticipated through no fault of theirs. Once the product arrive they did a great job. Very efficient and friendly. Great quality sunrooms. Extremely happy with results.

Professional, friendly, and quality product. The install crew was excellent; besides the new windows, I could not even tell they had been there. Prompt and pleasant service throughout the entire process.
