Caveat LLP

For any one looking for paralegal service of any sort please beware of this business and I highly recommend you seek professional help elsewhere as they are far from professional. I was recently scammed ( this past week to be exact ). I spoke to Andrew ( before I made the almost $3000 payment ) and assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue to get my problem resolved etc. so I made the payment and after that there was barely any communication or work even being done on my case. I called and emailed and it’s always the same thing that they are in court or busy or sick. Because Andrew was too busy I was sent towards Angela’s way and she was the same way. It’s always some excuse. About 3 months later ( present time/ now ) they took about $2000 for the work they said they did and refunded me about $847 and some cents and they said that because I started to not have much trust in them to get the job done ( who would after waiting 3 months and begging for replies and updates and nothing even being filed for such a long period of time with the court ). They said they were going to refund me minus whatever work they did ….. they barely did anything because if they did we would have been somewhere with the case. When they send the draft they had so many errors in dates and spelling that I had to correct them and even when they sent a revision they still had many errors and I told them about the errors and that’s when they decided to withdraw their services. They tell me that they would call me or email me at particular times or days and hear nothing from them. Highly disappointed in Andrew and all of Caveat for the false statements as I truly believe they were scamming me from the beginning knowing they couldn’t get this done. The worst part is I lost about $2000.00 from them and hired them to help me get the money that was taken from me from the business that took about $21,0000 from me and they ended up scamming me just like they did. I I thought I could trust them but please look for help elsewhere if you need the service. I’m trying to let people know of my experience so they same thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.
