1st Class Auto Detailing

Good and fast service. Couldn't get all the stains out of the seats but nice job overall. Car is very clean now.

I had used my SUV for moving wood and I have 2 dogs. My vehicle was full of wood chips dog hair dirt dust... it was a mess.A1 on Highbury Avenue in London was AMAZING it looked ready for photos to sell. I am extremely happy with them and will most definitely use them again. HIGH FIVE to the team at A1!!

I spoke to the dealer the week before and planned to come by and test drive a van. Got there the Vans condition is very poor compared to advertised. Bald tires and hadn't been ran in awhile. Definitely not something I would allow people to drive. The battery was dead from sitting and brakes rusted. He attempted to boost it and the electrical under the hood started smoking. Won't return again this car was advertised safetied and e tested. You can see by the response what kind of place it is. Calling me out for negative reviews however I believe I have two negative reviews including this one ever.

This is by far the best detailing shop in town, I’ve never had anyone clean my car the way they did, my suv is a 2021 jeep Cherokee that was used for work on a daily basis so it was a mess with many stains, including oil and gum, they literally made me feel like I was driving my truck off the lot when I initially purchased it. I am forever grateful! The name says it all! First class service at its finest!! Thank u so much 1st class, you will definitely be seeing me again!!!

Very unprofessional service. I dropped my car off for my appointment and I got a call 2 hours later saying it still wasn't completed and that I should come pick my car up and reschedule. 100% would not recommend this business to anyone. In total they had my car for 5.5 hours for a simple car detailing.

UPDATE: He never mentioned any extended warranty at all. Just look at how he treats me in the comment as a paying customer.Before I begin my review look at the reviews before me. The owner hasmade FAKE Google accounts to try and boost his google score without changing the names of the other accounts.I thought I would try this dealership even with all the negative reviews, DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE. I bought a car from here only 1 and a half months ago. He originally told me the brake pads would be fixed and the car door locking mechanism would be fixed before I pick it up. Fast forward a few week and I've had to drive across the city atleast 6 times and they were still not fixed!But that's sadly the least of my issues.The first day I got the car it stalled out on me. I told him about it, he said not to worry about it. not knowing much about cars I trusted him (big mistake). Now the car transmission is fully broken, the owner will not reply to my messages and when I tried to return it his exact words the car was fine the day it left the lot". Even though I told him the first day the car stalled! As a customer he was not willing to help me at all and I was out $4

Absolute poor service. I asked for a full auto detail with extra time spent in the interior because of dog hair. I arrive 5 hours later to find it not washed and polished on the outside and the car mats still not cleaned. After saying something to the owner he has his assistant complete a very poor wash. By this stage I have checked the interior and noted sections not cleaned for the $248 with tax I pay for this auto detail. I will never go there again and buyer beware!!!! THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW CONTRARY TO WHAT THE OWNER WOULD LIKE YOU TO BELIEVE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR DETAILED BY THIS COMPANY.

Quality of the cleaning sucks and they are very unprofessional. Took my other car to London auto shine detailing, and had a much better experience. Avoid at all cost.
