Quality of photos are horrible. Came in with high quality photos and they were grainy and discoloured. Staff had no idea what they were doing I had to point out to them where on the envelope it says my order. Tried charging me for express service I had to explain that it was an hour. Only good thing is I went home with only 10% of what I ordered because of the bad quality and didn’t pay for the rest

Customer service has gone right down the drain. One employee for four self checkouts. Massive line up, and only four self checkouts open.
