Meadows of Morinville Sales Centre Jandel Homes

Staff at the sales centre are very friendly and helpful. They were a great help when it came to picking out my home and putting my order in. I am looking forward to taking possession of my new home in July.

Think about this first.You pay over 600 a month for lot rent which inturn is like a tax.Do the math, $7200.00 a year or more???Not in my lifetime!!!

I just love living in my home in The Meadows of Morinville, Living all on one floor is so easy , my home is lovely, I have met my new neighbors and they are all so friendly and caring, as well as the people who work in the office. They come over right away if there is any problems and came to check on me as they had not seen me out walking for a while and was wondering if I was okay. Totally Stoked to be moving in to my new home in August. Courtney was instrumental in helping me in my quest and all questions were handled promptly. She was efficient in guiding me through all administrative elements and was a joy to collaborate with. I am looking forward to enjoying life in a well organized and visibly appealing community and most of all watching it grow.

We spoke to Lindsay at the Main office in Meadows of Morinville about a month ago and viewed the show homes, we immediately fell in love with the Anchorage. After going back home all we could talk about was Meadows Of Morinville and The Anchorage show home. We took the time and viewed homes, mobile homes and mobile parks within the Edmonton area. None compared to what Meadows of Morinville offered.So here we are today ready and waiting to take possession of The Anchorage in the fall of 2019.We have a spoken to Dan Hill at Jandel Homes in Acheson and between Dan , Lindsay ,myself and Lou we have designed a home that we will finally retire in.Lindsay is always quick to respond and answer back with Phone calls or emails to any questions we may have. Lou and myself thank you for the help and listening to what we like and need to make The Anchorage Modular home a great place for us.

We have decided to purchase at The Meadows and we obviously are super excited about our move, everyone at The Meadows have been amazing, special mention to Courtney who has been a fantastic person to also assisting us during this journey

Our family loves our home in The Meadows. The neighborhood is very well designed, maintained, and enjoyed by the community.

We enjoy living in the meadows, before choosing the meadows we checked into Condo’s, apartments and other housing developments, nothing seemed suitable or to our liking. We discovered Jandel Homes on the internet, decided to come and have a look. We had a tour of some of the show homes here for sale, we were very impressed with the design of the homes. After talking things over we decided this is where we wanted to be. The process was quick, we’ve been here since September of 2019 and have met a few of our neighbours everyone seems very nice.
