I love the taco bell menu. And on a prior visit they were very helpful by offering to substitute part of the meal so it would be gluten friendly. Thank you. That's what the word service means.

Cheeky young girl that works there blonde hair, so so rude. Actually should be taught some manners rather than swearing, needing to go back under the rock she crawled out from. shes utter insulting. infact i hope when mary browns open they have to lay you off, yes you are that bad.

Ordered curb side. Arrived ten mins early and waited for 20 mins. Went inside and waited and waited at counter although I could see my order sitting under the heat lamp. Had to end up waking to people in kitchen to get service. Told the they were late. She brushed it off our customers don't show up on time".Food luke warm and mushy not hot and crispy.Terrible"

Was there tonight and ordered the tacos hardshell and it smelled and tasted like wood or glue or paint? Wasn't right anyway. There is construction going on in part of the building, but looks like it's closed off from the cooking area.Staff were good to give me a refund when I returned the food.

Couldn’t believe what I got in 2 piece chicken yesterday - 2 tiny greasy wings with next to no meat on them. Surely you can do better!

I went through the drive-through today and ordered a Twister. I lovely young woman was at the window. She was an international, if I had to guess I would suggest she was Ukrainian. My order came to $5.75. I gave her $20.75. She struggled to make the correct change and when I indicated she was giving me the right change when she started to hand me a 10 and a 5 dollar bill she seem to get confused and started to give me more change. And I said no and I tried to explain to her I gave you &20.75 and the bill was $5.75 so 20 minus 5 is 15 and you just forget the $.75. Of course I totally confused her. My point here is that she had no one by her side, guiding her. I wonder if she even knows the value of our money? Could we go to her country and work at a cash register? I think not. Poor training and I really felt bad for this lovely young woman.Boo to you, KFC.

I have never once had my entire order in my bag when leaving the store.This location won't sub chicken for beef, and I have been screamed at by the shift supervisor for asking, even after I confirmed with the manager I could do this.Left the store in tears after being screamed at and will not return,.would rather make the drive to stewiacke location.

Im done going here. Ive given this place chance after chance & its now 5x ive had my order incorrectly made or completely wrong. Nothing has been done, service/management is horrendous.

I give a 1 start for the rudeness of whoever was cooking on the line. Lady at the counter was very nice an she tried to ask a question for us an was rudely told she's not allowed to ask!I dunno but with Mary Brown's just opening across the street you would think your staff would be a bit more accommodating. Let's just say I won't be back! And I definitely will wait in that line across the street at Mary Brown's!
