This was the first time eating in this establishment with my family. It looked nice and there was plenty of seating. The customer service was great! Our food tasted good and was served hot!On the negative side, the fountain pop was flat. All of it. The good news is, we were given bottled pop instead, at no extra charge. The family bathroom smelled of strongly of cigarettes and did not have any toilet paper. The staff member that we notified, checked it out right away.I think we will stick to the drive through for Popeye's.

Friendly polite counter staff went an extra step to confirm our order was acurate.We were handed empty cups which we had to fill ourselves. Even though I dont remember filling out an application.The dining area is clean but personally I think it's very unwelcoming. It just doesn't have a cozy feeling.Everyone knows if you wash your hands because the hand dries can be heard in the entire restauranteThe fries are good. The spice is perfect. Chicken nuggets are juicy yet crispy with lots of flavor.Over all the food is good. But I dont feel like it's good for me

Chicken tenders were good, dont understand the mild aspet. Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 dinners, went through got handed one and I said I ordered two...she said no just one...I said I just paid you $28.00 and change...there best be another dinner put in there....lol She was pleasant and cute. Got us fixed right up.

Waited 25 mins in drive through for our food, then drove home across town to find that our order was wrong. I drove all the way back to get the order corrected, and the staff was so disrespectful!! Never going back...

Thanks for the chicken that I ordered also Popeyes has the crunch factor when I eat Popeyes chicken. I love the spicy chicken because of its taste. the biscuits are always fresh

Very good service! The sandwich combo I purchased was awesome! Huge piece of chicken! I bought coleslaw and Mac and cheese for sides, and they were equally awesome! My drink was huge and I had iced tea! Zero complaints from me and I recommend!

The customer service here is top notch. I come a couple times a week and the girls working here are SO nice and sweet, finally a place where it doesn’t look like the employees hate working for once. Even when the store was closed for dining during the snow storm they accommodated for my very fussy toddler. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for making my experience with my daughter a pleasant one always!

I've never eaten at this chain before. Here's my first 2 experiences at this location.First trip here-Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Some of the items I ordered were no longer available at this location (really sad about the fish as this was the entire reason I picked this establishment for dinner!), the manager stated she was unable to refund and I had to pick from 2 items she was willing to swap it out for, neither of which was the same value of the missing items. She was really nice, and I felt like her hands were tied on what she was allowed to swap.I sent in an email to the mobile order customer service and was told they'd refund for one of the items and add a credit for a free 6 peice nuggets for my next order, I was more concerned to have the unavailable items removed so this didn't happen to other customers, but it was a really nice gesture. I have yet to receive the refund. It's been several weeks, so I'm not holding my breath.Second trip here-I placed an order again through the mobile app and was sad to see that you could still order the items not available at this location. At this time, I also discovered that the credit for the complementary nuggets was not there. When I was picking up the order, the staff was delightful! Everyone was super friendly and all smiles. Brought everything out to my vehicle, and one employee was running up to me with a container of Mac n cheese that wasn't put in the bag!Highly recommend this location for the employees' wonderful attitudes!
