After contacting Armour Insurance, I had the pleasure of having Cassandra MacDonald assisting me with my insurance needs. I had just moved back to Alberta and she was able to help make the transition less stressful. She’s an active listener, answered my questions and explained about the different auto and home insurance options available that best fits my situation. I was very impressed with her friendly customer service, insurance knowledge and grateful she was able to help me. Thank you Cassandra.

35 driving experience with no accident ever , and no claim history got stuck with one broker company that have 2.9 stars review on Google really messed up with me about the quote jumping around $ 1000 difference on insurance quote and found a lady Ellen from Armour insurance . She is very straight forward and calm on listening to me on situation and pin pointed the issue and solved the problem and got me on back to my normal policy rate . Yes, it is good thing that I leave it up to professional. Lots of brokers can easily screw you up, but not this lady ,Ellen. Call her up and get reliable insurance policy if you are looking for next year insurance policy.

Ellen Chartrand was great to deal with! I have a hard to place home, and had been told I had no options and that I had to just renew with my current provider with a very high premium. Ellen took it upon herself to find me a great insurance package that covered my needs perfectly. She answered all of my questions promptly and it was a pleasure working with her. Not to mention, she saved me a great deal of money. Highly recommend!

Great place to deal with. Agent was super informative and helpful. Rates were great overall it was a price difference of almost $1300 per year cheaper than what I’d been paying.
