Sadly this park needs to decide what it is... such a large great space but due to lack of dedicating a corner for dogs, the field has basically been torn up in the center making it bad for soccer and baseball as well as the people trying to use the field for events. Give the dogs a corner, repair the fields and the this park would be a 5.

Love this dog park. Good place to bring your dog to play with other well-behaved dogs. Of course with any off-leash dog parks, there can be some etiquette issues with some dog owners (rarely). That said, 99% of dog owners who visit here are friendly and their dogs are well-behaved.

We were visiting Vancouver last week and brought our toddler here almost every morning to play. It’s great that they have little play structures as well for younger children.

Rubber mat playground for the kids, grass area for playing, water way with fountain on the on whole side of the park makes it quite enjoyable during the summer. Located right in the heart of the city making it close to many other great places in the city

Great park for kids' playground, and doggie park. There's fountain and benches. In a great location near cafes, restaurants, and entertainment areas. Well maintained residential environment.

Crammed into busy part of downtown and is dominant by dog walkers... has kids park but not much used. Spring has geese there so geese dropping minefield. Is good to sit and read or people watch with cup of coffee.

It has fountain, kids playground, enclosed doggie park, lots of benches. Perfect place to take your kids/furry kids to hang out with their peers. An oasis in the urban concrete jungle.

Dirty , tiny, gravel smelling like pee everywhere gated dog park. I suggest Coopers Dog Park. . Cleaner. Huge grass area.. so many well behaved dogs and owners were all so nice. I'd go here cuz of the size of the park tbh.

A wonderfully busy park to bring your children to, or hook up with you friends, or just find quiet place to relax and enjoy a book. All right in the heart of Yale town.

Emery Barnes Park
This is my go-to park for weekdays. It's usually not too crowded and it has a small waterfall and fountain which my son loves. The only some people might find worrying is that there often are homeless people hanging out on the Seymour Street side, but they have never been a disturbance in the couple of years I have been going there.
