Pro Passport Photo

They don't know how to take photos and would take almost 1 hr to process and print. Even after waiting for 1 hr you would get photos that wouldn't be accepted by the embassies.

Great customer service. Jatin at the store was very helpful and helped me to get my passport photo done.

Really nice staff...very friendly and professional!

It should only take 10 minutes for passport photos. Camera was having issues. We left came back ten minutes later. Took my daughters photo, didn’t ask if I needed mine too and let people ahead. I told them I needed one too. Oops. No worries. I’m tall they needed me to crouch down but hold myself back because I’m too close….could not take a proper photo of me that would be acceptable by passport office. No chair, no tripod. This took 40 minutes and I still only got photo of my daughter. To be fair I overheard someone ask if they were the new owners and they said yes. With that said if you are not ready to offer that service because you don’t have everything you need yet. Maybe don’t offer it unit you do.
