Lisa Grierson RMT
Lisa is an excellent massage therapist. I came to her with a whole list of things I haven’t addressed for many years and she worked with me session by session to figure out the root of the pain. I feel so grateful to have found her. She’s experienced, so comfortable to be around, really listens to you, and plays really great music when your feeling too tired/relaxed to have a conversation. I highly recommend her!

Lisa is a fantastic, professional, client-focussed RMT. She is very responsive to client's needs and works really closely with clients to understand areas of concern. Lisa is really communicative and forward thinking - she provides lots of info and also outlines exercises to help promote healing and wellness. We enthusiastically recommend Lisa!!
