Shawn came very quickly and repaired the hinge mechanism on our casement window. He was fast, very friendly, and completely fixed the problem. He didn’t even want to charge us for the service but we insisted we pay. We will certainly be calling Riverbend again in the future. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of having Riverbend Windows and Doors install a few windows for my renovated basement. Sean and Bryan were awesome to work with. These gents were quick to pop out to give me a quote and some recommendations. They were very patient and accommodating with my quote requests. Bryan even responded while on vacation. Once the windows were ordered they arrived on time and the install was booked right away. On install day Sean and Bryan were early, professional and polite. They cleaned up afterwards and even made time for a last minute window casing addition to the job. The quality of work was exceptional and they went above and beyond with regard to customer service. I will absolutely be using them again to replace my doors and a couple more windows. Great company because of their people!
