In a fit of madness, I purchased a 1980 Triumph TR7. It looked good but very ran rough. I looked online and got some references. I took it to Craig and was very happy. It took a couple of weeks, but the diagnosis was spot on and the car ran so much better. He gave me a list of things that would need doing and an idea of how soon I should get them done. It allowed me to budget gave me control over what I spent. I strongly recommend Strebor.

Was recommended to see Craig so told girlfriend about it and she ended up getting her timing belt and water pump maintenance and replacement and was very friendly polite and efficient. As would recommend for other Volkswagen owners to get repairs done as you may get answering machine bur leave message as he will get back to you as a small local shop. 100 % satisfied.

Very cool and efficient service!I just brought my '67 NK 2000 to Craig again today. It had begun to make odd clunking sounds from the engine bay, as if something up front had come loose. Within a couple hours he diagnosed the problem as a failing motor mount bracket, and immediately offered to repair the bracket and also weld a brace as a permanent fix (the part is long NLA). I picked up the car at the end of the day and rolled on out of there, problem solved!

Craig is a wonderful person, I called up today couple of times ( Nov 8) went for voice mail, third attempt, he picked up the call.. I asked him for couple of suggestion regarding a VW purchase, he was very kind and polite in responding to my doubts, he offered to help me with the details. I am so happy with this person, and he is very nice to help. Thank you Craig.

I really like this shop! The owner is good to deal and most importantly he is fair. It's a small shop though so you have to leave a message usually. Wait for a call back; it's worth it!

I waited for him to tell me when to bring the car over. Two months later, I took the car over to him. He kept it outside for twelve months with all his other many cars. When I finally got the car back, I noticed some of the more important work had not been done. In addition, I’ve noticed some small dents and several large scratches on the immaculate paint that was on the car. By the way, it’s an expensive collector car that has never been stored outside. I would not recommend anyone with a nice car to take it there!
