Worst ompany with worst owner. Look the video dripping water after the rain and this owner in the picture Peter had a guy drop 2 buckets of water and said they can't fix as there is no leak. Messed up the calibration of the lane assist feature and said there machine is broke to fix that and come another time. Started speaking to each other in Spanish..... very rude and highly unprofessional thugs ....stay away and save yourself trouble

Peter called in advance and arrived on time. Was friendly and explained what was being done. Did an excellent job. Very happy I picked L&D. Will definitely use them again in future. Thanks Peter.

I used L&D CONTINENTAL to repair our windshield for the second time this month due to a stone chip. The service was impeccable all around. Peter was reassuring accommodating and dealt with my insurance company. Paul arrived with a smile and on time to make the repairs. He replaced the windshield in no time. Work was clean and his demeanour professional.Thank you for your assistance

I replaced the windshield of my Lexus NX because of chip crack in 2022. One guy came to my house and did the job. First problem was, he broke the radar box cover.The real problem started an year later, I'm getting squeaky noise from all edges of the glass. Looks like they used cheap glue or workmanship issues.Not reliable service

My daughter had a windshield installed by these folks last Wed., they did it mobile in our driveway in Oshawa, car sat all that day and the next, my daughter took the car out Friday, two days after the windshield was done, the windshield was cracked in the lower left corner and the trim on the right side was sticking up. We contacted L & D, they originally told us we had to bring the car to their shop in Concord, we said no way, that's why we used their mobile service in the first place to avoid making that trip, it's about 1.25 hrs each way from our house, so we sent pictures, they said they'd review it and get back to us Monday. They never did call us so I called them, they said they will not give us warranty, they said something hit it, but there's no impact marks, as far as I'm concerned it's shoddy business and I wouldn't let them EVER touch one of my cars again, I've been in the auto/truck repair industry for 50 years now and I've never seen anything like this before. I'll be turning this over to my lawyers and the Better Business Bureau

Love love love Henry! I’ve used his windshield services for almost 20 years now where he’s changed my windshields on different cars. He comes right to my work or home and my windshield is changed on the spot. Henry is always cordial, professional and friendly. I have recommended him to friends and family. I recently used L&D Continental and I am very happy with my decision. The quality was outstanding and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. I am highly recommending this company to anyone in the Toronto area looking for windshield services either in personal or comercial needs.

I had my windshield replaced almost two weeks ago. I had requested them to come between 2-5pm as I work from home and would be in meetings until 2pm. Unfortunately they arrived at around 11:30am. I had to leave a meeting to go meet them outside, and then I had to leave another meeting to go down and pay when the work was complete. This could have been avoided if they had arrived at the agreed upon time. Additionally, the next day I noticed that the pieces that connect my rearview mirror to my windshield were left unattached and broken on the floor of the passenger side. I did call a couple of times to explain this incident to someone, but I was rushed off the phone and told to call back. I was provided an email address to send photos, but at this point I would rather not deal with them again.
